One thing I can't forget with this phone. Me and my colleague is exchanging bad words due to a delayed project. When for some reason, I dunno that I've mistakenly send to my girfriend that bad words. Frankly with this phone I often make mistake. Maybe the type of the feature design, it's not straight forward compared to Blackberry or Nokia.

It's a friendly advise, I have bought almost all the i-mate's top-of-the-line but nothing much has change. Although looks good but the functionalities really it makes your life miserable. Please better not buy this phone. I think they have hired a cheap programmer. They don't use much of their brain. They had introduced redundant operation on the unit that becoming confusing, so that everytime you have a very urgent call, you often make mistakes. They don't know how to make the phone more reliable and easy to use. Some phones they can do simpler operation even loaded with lots of multi-funtional things. I have bought it from my money but it happened that I throw this phone hardly to the floor.

> In reply to cass @ 2009-03-02 03:06 from wg9DI agree Looks great when you buy it, applications are great too, but it's a heavey brick! not very ergonomic, awkward to use, you accidently turn on applications due to the poor placement of buttons on each side just by holding it. It locks up often I've had this repaired but now it switches off during calls and doesn't recall the last number when it does this and you have to reset the phone to turn it back on which takes awhile. I'm ready to throw it in the harbour except my SIM cards in it. I've had enough! my first Imate Jam was great, I thought this would be an improvement sadly it's not!

before installing wm6.1 on my device I was supose to make a backup of the old windows. I didn't. Now I feel like I've done something wrong. Is anyone having a backup of the old version?? I need to downgrade it from this version to the old one, so I can use my NavNgo gps software.
thank you
