My Imate started over heating then stopped charging,replaced USB charging port but did not charge insteady it discharges very fast in less than 2 hours with alot of heat.Any solution

my ultimate 9502 it just shut down by itself and it's not working at all,, i did put it for charge for more than 24 hours but the light still red and still shuting down...
can anybody tell me what to do or where can i send it for fix?
where's the main i-mate company so i can contact them?

You just need to install MS ActiveSync 4.5 or later. Then connect the i-mate to the PC. It will be discovered and you can then setup syncing for files, emails, calendars, etc.

You should be able to see the files on the i-mate though without having to install ActiveSync. When you connect it to the PC, it should see a new device, which will be like a memory card, or hard disk. You can expand the olders and copy files to and from it.

Start >> Setting >> System >> Arabic icon >> Second or third tab >> Mark first choice >> Ok >> Restart phone.

my phone wont work i just brought the thing too, (i-mate ultimate 9502) i havnt got to use it yet so that was rely good im very happy with it happy to throw it in the bin waste my money

great fone the 9502 unbelievable /while it was working/ never had a better fone / bought it new and had a good six months out of it . what happened / doesnt want to charge no more cant get it fixed not happy jan/ what the !

today my 9502 is breaking :-( so it's over. and it's very sad and bad day for me......but i am going to buy a HTC device because i-mate company have no support enymore just 810f and limited to 2gb of nand ram!!!!just 2gb--in the world of technology just 2gb!!!! (what the hell is that).

how can i transfer mp3 at mp4 music from my 9502phone going to other phone i try many time but dont know, check in manual but i did not see about how to send/ transfer? pls give me procedure...
