i purchased mine in 2002 , still working hardely , really its very good mobile

I bought mine 2nd hand in 2006. as for today (9/2011), it is still working properly, with only one minor malfunction which has started 5 months ago. the original charger cannot charges the cellphone anymore. But it doesn't matter, because I have two batteries and I use a desktop charger to re-charge each.

Excellent phone! Still works perfectly in 2011, unfortunately it was stolen 2 weeks ago. Still missing it.

I bought mine in 2003, still works perfectly in 2011! That is more than any of uptodate phones can offer.

bought in in 2004, and now in the end of 2010,it still works..though need to be charge everyday

This was my first ever cell phone. Compared to many out now, including my new one (though I'm still not into the wave of smartphones), it's basically a dinosaur, but it completed all I needed it for at the time - calls and texts. Now all I do is text and mobile web! Haha. I was fifteen when I had this phone, and I kinda miss it, just for the nostalgia.

This phone is awesomely reliable and has a lot of features for when it was released. I bought it a few months after it was released and it still works perfect!

Hi.. Can you please tell me where can I get Charger and Battery for this cell? If someone has the used charger I would like to go for it.. This was the first cell I used and I have lots of sentiments on it..

I'm dead serious when I'm saying that I'm just about to order a new battery for my C55 to be able to use it for yet another few years. It's simply a great phone.

It was d 1st handset i got started wid.. almost 6 yrs ago! It was really really awesome! I doesn't work now, but i've still kept it up! :)

this was my favorit mobile phone, it was the most practical ever. i was sad when it stoped to work after 4 years :)
