I have updated to JB from Samsung Service Center about 2 weeks ago. I'm in Indonesia (XXMD4) and I think it is for SEA region. So if you don't get the update for your country, then wait for it. Because I have updated to JB. Also the Portugal Version is available, if there's a delay, we can't help it but to wait. Sorry pal, no use in blaming Samsung for such things. At least they're going to release it since I got the update too.

I8160 is a most common model and between these models he is the basic model. I8160L is a Latin model, that means with more languages. I8160P is the basic model with NFC built in.
