My Inno 55 works just fine after 3 years. All the fatures are perfect and still sharpe. The only problem I have is the unavailability to get a PC cord so that I can download ringtones but Mountain King and Elephant Walk is just dandy for me. I just love my Innostream.

I have had this phone since its launch back in 2004. It has served me well, the phone being in the exact same functional condition as it was back when i bought it 3 years ago. The buttons work perfectly, slider slides perfectly, everything works fine.. dropped it a few times and thats it. The battery life has no doubt deteriorated over time, but it did come with 2 batteries so this isn't a problem. Everything still functions well, and i bought the cable and PC Sync software on ebay around that time, so uploading and downloading wallpaper/ringtones is very easy.
I paid around 400$USD back then, and it has most definately served me well. Albeit lacking some features, which is the reason i will soon upgrade, it is a good phone that i will keep with me even after i purchase a newer phone (for those times when bringing an expensive phone with you is nerve racking)
On a side note, does anybody know if innostream is still around, or has it been bought out ? the innostream internationl, usa, and korean websites are all gone, which sucks for the people who don't have PC Sync software.

This phone is perfectly fine for me, besides the fact that it's lacking some nice features. But as time goes on, the battery gets worse and worse. It dies out so easily.

I've bought this phone in Feb.2004. It was a second-had one. Almost two years later it's still alive, the batteries are quite OK, the sounds are superb, the camera is quite enough to make a photo of my favourite cats :)). The device got two or three bugs during this time, but they were no THAT horrible. The only thing that drives me crazy is its phonebook. It refuses to find Cyrillic names in alphabetical order :).

I bought this phone in Thailand in 2004 and when I got it back to Australia there was no option to change the language from Thai to English. The manual was next to useless and I took the phone to a language school for help. They verified there was no way of changing the language from Thai. Also, this phone came without a warranty card and emails to the manufacturer got no response.
In 2006 I found a shop in Bangkok which was able to change the factory settings so the langusge came up in Thai. Then I found the battery seemed to be constantly flat, after attempting to charge it overnight. The same shop in Bangkok said there was a fault with the phone's wiring, which they have apparently now fixed.
Fortunately these repairs were quite cheap but I am now waiting to see what other trouble I will have with this fairly expensive phone.
