I cannot make a connection between my phone and PC by data link cable RS232 ( 9 pin ). It's like the phone doesn't respond to the program when I click connect,it's alway say "connection fail." Are there anyone knows how to deal with it?
Please help me!!!!

i've got a inno 90 i have had it for about 1 year but recently both of the screens are blank just a white screen does anyone know what is wrong with it?

Hello, my girlfriend has this phone and whenever she is talking to me with it, there is always a loud static sound that happens when we talk for a long time. I was wondering if that is common among the INNO 90 phones.

HI everyone,I would like to purchase an inno 90 but you all are scaring me a lot.I really love this phone and the little frog sound it makes.I haven't bought it as yet but I may have to since I love it so much.

2years ago i bought inno 90,ihade no probleme with it at all,but,,,but,last month i hade problem with camera&media(file manager,or audio file or if i want take a pcture,it said the picture can not saved,please can any one help me fix the problem?thank you.

Inno 90 is phone with bunch a problems , it didnt last 6 months for me , first it started with freezing , than everytime i answear call other person cant here me than it hangs up by itself .Than when you close the phone and open it main screen stays white , than you have to close it again and open it to get it working again . This phone has serious software problems ,it lasted 6 months before it got broken . Not worth the money buy motorola v635 for that money and have a great phone .

I love this phone. its's got more colors than mmost phones with 256k instead of 65k, and its small. but after a year the springs got worn out so it doesnt stay open anymore, but thats replacable.

The format .hgf cannot be viewed by any viewer on the web. If you have save a photo from your mobile to your pc(.hgf), the only way to see it as a .jpeg is to follow this path: C:\Program Files\PC Sync\images on your PC. Then find your photo saved as jpg.

Hi all,
i was jut about to purchase this phone on ebay as New. Now im put off it through reading ur emails. what i want 2 know is dont u guys have Innostream customers service contact details for ur continent to make an enquiry about these faults in the booklets at the back & to ask where u can get replacements or send for repairs/replacements? dont u have insurance? come on ppl contact innostream ppl for assisstant. make them work for ur troubled purchase. Its not hard. Good luck with this phone all. Moi from LoNdOn

I just got my Inno 90 today and I love it. But I cannot get it to send Text Messages. It keeps saying "Sending Failed." I've looked all over in the user manual, but I can't seem to see how to fix the problem. Can anyone help me? I'm using the phone with Cingular Wireless. Any advice would be helpful.

i use an inno 90. but i have had a big problem now,since it doesn't work keypad.
just i can insert my pin number only. then there is nothing i can do. i read lots of times that the manual given with the phome. i could not find any solution for this matter. so please if you know anything to do with this, tell me. i tried to make the error free from a technicians too.
