great phone i got mine today still checking it out .......if u have a cingular phone and u want to go to the net. by goint to internet ,settings, connection profile...then select cingular wap.

I have a problem with the keypad of my phone. it is hard and not a able to response immediately. Is the keypad and casing of my phone are replaceable? My place is in Manila, Philippines, Do you have company representative here in Philippines?

wilfredo, if you want internet service then contact t-mobile and ask for t-zones setting, they should lead you to a t-zones area where they can help you. Or else you can copy down the info of your internet settings off a t-mobile phone and bring them over such as IP address.

I have this phone a year now, I love the size design and fetures but it stopped sending tex messages and ever so often it would just cut off. I want to get the I55 next but with limited assecories such as cases wrist straps I am a bit sceptical. but like I said, I love their phones.

I just got this phone about one week ago... its great. It works well in Trinidad. Reception id good, the person who had problems, maybe it's a problem with general reception in your area. The tip concerning the coverstion from hgf. ( check programfiles/pcsync/images )was very useful and it worked, thank you! In general the phone is great!
