i have a question regarding about my phone, which is the INNO 90, Im from the Philippines. My father buy that cellphone for me, i dont know where in the States he buys it. And suddenly it hung. And no one ever want to work because they dont have the software to be able to reformat it. My queation is, is there a near service center here in our country to be able to fix my phone??? please i need help

Great phone, but I have two problems.
1. I cannot open downloaded pix on my pc because the .hgf format is not supported. 2. often when setting a general alarm, my phone 'locks up'.

well i see alot of ppl have had mad trouble findin a numba for any malfunctions wit ya innos..it was hard as hell findin a customer service numba butt i finally got it.. its 1.866.get.inno....good luck fixin ya phones!!!!

i bought my inno90 friday 21 jan 2005 and from that day i,m in a nightmare bad connection people telling me my phone is closed i call they cannot hear me i,m a nokia freak and i,m going back home so if you have money to buy a phone by something else not an inno this msg is from aruba

Somebody send me my innostream 90 from Aruba. Im from the Philippines and when i used the cellphone it has no network connections. Can anyone help me with this problem?

i got an inno90 for passing my exams last year and i have to say i was very impressed wit it! untill last november it wouldnt turn on and it now will not work. with any other make it phone it would be ok as phone shops all over the uk recognise them. however nobody has heard of the innostream collection and theirfore cannot fix my phone

I am looking for anyone with an INNO handset to take part in testing content on their phone. My Company would like to check that we're delivery wallpapers of correct size, correct format ringtones, whether this handset supports wap push etc etc. Apart from your normal network wap charges, all content delivered to your phone will be free.

Anyone know where i can send in my inno 90 to get it fixed? The subscreen is cracked and part of the lcd is as well. I dont have a warranty. If you could help me that would be great! Thanks guys.

Does any know any software that you can use to sync your phonebook with your PC for the inno 90? sygic .mobile software has it listed in their program but I can't seem to connect the phone to it. I have the data cable connected to COM port 1 and it's still not picking it up! The pc-sync software that comes with the data cable work fine though...pc-sync is very limited. HELP

I bought this phone when it first came out in Malaysia (January 2004) for a price tag of RM2000 ($560+) and i was really satisfied with it. It has cool features but no voice recording for the video shoot. Well Malaysia mobile operator (Maxis to Celcom) has cool downloadables for Innostream phones that i found it interesting. Games, sound movies, ringtones..etc.. So i found this phone thrill-packed and a head turner untill now. The design is nice, and the colours is a dream. And i do have some problems like y'all do about the phone shutting down by itself, a hang but i doesnt happen to me often.

I found this phone quite good and quite satisfying. I give it an 7.8/10

The loop thing didnt actually happen to me but the phone did stop responding when i accedently put on an animated screensaver/wallpaper of a nokia version and it totally stopped responding. So i brought it back to the seller (this was after 3 months of purchase) and i got the whole inner body exchanged for free! Because mine is still under warranty.
So for free or just minimal payment of maybe $10-+, send it back for repair to the place you bought it and have the warranty ready.
