both of your batteries need to be charge for at least 8 hrs b4 u use it...that is y they gave u 2 batteries 1 for you to use it while the other for u to charge it so that when the one u r using is already dried up n in need of charging u can use the other one thatis already charged

I feel dis a10 does not rock. juz a simple phone. The keypad wasnt comfy. i know the ringtone is loud and clear. maybe they clear the old stock since its old. 1.3mp and its not clear.

i just bought the inno A10 with the price rm699 early this month... but i'm not sure is that the good price...i mean maybe i bought the second hand one... the problem here is... both my battery... i just can use it within 1 day only... and sometimes less... why is that so?????... and one more thing i don't know how to download my mp3 song... please help me...

i just brought tis phone last week in sg wang. is price is rm699. is tat expensive for it? but the sales say is in promotion now. is quite good since he gave me the usb cable together with the travelling adapter and charger. and he gave me another spare batery.
mm... i think there is a setting in the phone to change the a10 from storage into PC-SYNC. maybe u can check in the phone setting. will tat work? and may i ask wat is the function of tat PC-SYNC?
the infra red is the small small space in ur right side deh.

Hi all, i've read all kinds of feedback/posting and is quite useful. Not a big problem about the default input cannot be set to "t9Abc", it's still alrgiht to me but it surely cant tolerate that the bubdled usb cable is just can be used where the phone will be treated as mass storage when connected to pc/laptop, but not functioning together with "PC-SYNC" software. I sent a feedback on the inno website and their reply is i need serial cable to work with "PC-SYNC". WHAT DOES SERIAL CABLE CAN DO WHERE USB CANT? it is really not acceptable where the usb cable is sure enough to establish connection with pc. And in my opinion, sure usb will work better than SERIAL!!! anyway, i have asked the support to provide the details/price of the serial cable so that i can get 1 due to i need it to sync my outlook addr book to the phone. my ex-SE t630 can do sync with IR too...not even using cable! mayb u all experts here can give me some advise if where could i get the serial cable or software besides pc-sync can work with usb cable/IR. THanks.

If anyone can help, i've been using the innostream a10 for 1 year now and recently found that i can no longer hear sound on my mms messages. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how it can be fixed. thanks.

Sorry i do went to Giant 1utama but i did not c the shop u talking.Can i get the shop name please...And another quest can we d/load mp3 using cable and where can i get the cable.And also where is the infrared i can't see it.Please....

i feel this camera nice ...then i'm using just 16kbps mp3 file.. much more file can play.. but if this fone have mp3 playlist file also good..currently i just add folder/file to the playlist..sound performance good

I also heard there's a service centre for Innostream at Giant [the one near 1-Utama]. This service centre is really from Innostream.

i just bot a inno A10 nice fhone ... but i have a problem can anyone tell me hoy can i install games on it ? throo usb cable ? cos the internet is expensiv for me :(

I bought this phone back in July and it worked fine for he first two weeks. Now the inside lcd screen is broken! I love this phone and it's functions are cool but I need to get it fixed or find a replacement lcd screen. If anyone knows where to find one please email me asap thanks a bunch!

Inno A10 & A11, both also available in market.
Inno A10 is mainly for asian market which support GSM900 & GSM1800 network.
Inno A11 is mainly for country like USA which support GSM900 & GSM1900 network.
Be sure you check with your country operator before select the model.

i own an INNO A10. its cute and quirky. but overall happy with its performance. true, video record is w/out sound. when uploading songs from PC, must not use USB, must use infrared at all times. if u use USB, msg as "path is too long" will appear. batteries provided would die off rather quickly, so must always bring both batteries. overall, its funky and there's a lot of storage space about 128MB. a lot of fun - but xHTML not enabled, so a bit difficult to watch sites online. its pretty much words only. other thn that, its quite alrite!
