Ihave st8 tab and now it fell down and they say there is no spare parts for this
The service center fellows are lazy and irresponsible. they replaced my tab for touch touch screen problem by giving me tab which has charging problem (poor Battery)
If you are purchasing any Karbonn tab, please be double careful. It connection point is very weak and loose. It is difficult to connect charger and other attachement. Most importantly no one knows who takes care of such problems.
Avoid purchasing Karbon Tab. I have purchase this a year back A34 HD karbonn smart but it is getting charged occassinally since the connection inside is very loose.
REQUEST AVOID PURCHASE OF THIS.

The service is pathetic, service centre took 2 months for just an update for dongle support, other than that after 1.5 years touch screen not responsive from some areas.
I give karbonn tab8 at service centre 5 months ago but they still work.tab is good service is very poor.even they don't response our calls emails.

I have this tab for past one year, i hav rooted it, custom rom, twrp, everything works great. I bought it on second day of launch. Got genuine one, works great. swapped the memory. tab has 32 gb of internal memory.

Many of the service centers of Karbonn does not have skilled professionals. All the worst is that Karbonn customer care has no responsibility towards such useless service centers offering third righted services. Their customer care number is not at all in use I suppose. First Karbonn has to service their service centers and their own customer care number. Useless product & Useless service. Those who see this message, pl never ever think of buying KARBONN products.

we cant play more games in velox ,because internal memory is just 1.5gb,and apps won't move to external memory card(micro sd card),if any one wanna play more than 1.5gb file games(asphalt 7,modern cobalt 4) means just forgot this tab, finally no clarity in settings->About tablet->some are in unknown..
"the worlds dummest tab".it is simply dum.the touch screen is magnetic,it hangs very frequently,uncomfortable for long use,speakers screech alot,touch screen is too hard(sometimes doesn't respond)etc. guys pls don't invest money in such national products .its cheap and it showed how cheap it is in quality and durability.government should seriously bann the production of these products.never go for karbonn products.
