I used this phone since 11 march. Overall it's fast but poor battery and heat in back. Just dual-core but better than quad-core mediatek. There is no problem, (Just that 2)

First thing you notice about this phone is its looks, and it looks beautiful. I recently bought a k900 at a very reasonable price and I guess I was very pleased with the elegant slab of aluminum... Until I turned it on.... I had unfortunately received a china spec model that lacked the standard array of google apps. The "Le"apps were terrible and I couldn't download any English games. I'm contemplating if I should root the phone... There actually is a heat problem, I had imagined that the comments regarding the heat to be exaggerated but nonononono they are real. After just a few minutes of browsing or gaming there is unbearable heat, it's not everywhere, just below the camera, above the logo. If you made a child touch it, you would be arrested for torturing children. The battery life is unimpressive, a normal day of usage is all you should expect (and by normal I mean stopping every time it gets hot, which equates to around 2-3 mins per every time you take it out). I guess the phone ain't all bad, it look stunning, the hardware is faaabulous the screen is crisp and bright, and the cameras produce some great shots particularly in lowlight conditions (after quite a bit of fidgeting) I also liked that the camera included features such as panorama and voice photos. Overall it isn't bad, it's just not for everyone. On a scale of 1-10 it's a 6, not recommended but worth a shot.

I bought one online but unfortunately it was the heavily skinned Chinese version that came without Google apps does anyone know how to make the phone "normal" ? I'd really love to have proper android on it...

I have the phone for 2 months now.. No issues at all.. Yes maybe it heats up it is natural for an Intel with 2ghz clock speed and batt power is less and its also natural when running this kind of hardware so for those people who hate this maybe they should find something else and try not to nit pick.. Lenovo is not trying to sell a dream but the reality of the product love it or hate it all up to you..

This is a GREAT phone, boo to the detractors this phone charges fast, lasts all day. Is very fast with the Dual Core (hyperthreaded) INTEL processor. it is faster than the snapdragon 800. The screen is fantastic with the full HD display, none of the phony "almost HD" 400dpi is the finest resolution out there. Lots of apps just scream fast. The size is just a bit big but it is rocking thin with only 162g for weight. speaker gets loud and the headphones are "OK" would have expected some "BEATS" but what the heck. OTA updates and looking for KITKAT soon. as for the heat, what do you expect with a screaming fast processor, plus the back is Stainless STEEL with gorilla glass front you can't get a better phone. The detractors want 31st century stuff at 1800s prices. GREAT PHONE

I recently I bought this phone, main drawbacks are 1. battery (it not coming 8hours even if you charge fully) epically this kind smartphone should come at least 12.
2. over heating if you hear music or you use internet it getting heat like anything.

so my recommendation/sensiuor advice not to buy.

big drawback of this phone is that NO 3G VIDEO CALLING is possible....otherwise by look and other specs it is an average phone...unable to understand why 3G video calling option was not provided with such costly phone???
