You can find some ROMs available at XDA forums,here is a link:

You can also apply the latest firmware(ROM) as provided by Lenovo itself which is P700i_ROW_S109_130131.

I suppose you have 'WCDMA only' enabled.
Check and notify me if it solves your problem

But please stay assured the device have a dual core cortex A9 processor only. A well to do handset

hi i am using p700i from jan... the problem is network(Vodafone), i can't use some app like whatsapp,Gtalk,wechat...etc in 2g network, i can access only in 3g or wanlan. plz any one guide me on this (mail id: madhukrishna140@gmail.com)

I'm an owner of p700i, the specification says it has got a cortex a9 dual core cpu. Everywhere it is like that. But the product brochure from lenovo says different, like CPU: Exynos 4412 Quad-Core. I am getting confused by that. Check this out: http://www.lenovo.com/images/p...Sept2012.pdf

Very nice phone but my screen break due to fall but its not avalable in indore bhopal office since one mounth than its very expensive too

The above method may differ if you're using keyboard other than the Android default, but it will still be the same apart from you would need to open settings of that keyboard(you will find those settings at the same place)

Where can I find it for 199.99 or less on Ebay or elsewhere? The lowest I found was in Tapei, China for $249.99 plus shiping.
