> In reply to Murugesh @ 2013-03-21 16:02 from vGZ5 - click to readDear Mr. Murugesh. You had mentioned that it has call recording facility. Most of the apps use voice heard from the speaker to record and hence need to use speaker phone and they are not good quality recordings. How is it in this? Does missed call indicator have different color for missed calls / sms ?

my phone lasts for 3 days. i set the power saving app to long standby. i disabled gps. i only use single sim on slot number 2 since slot number 1 is labeled 3g, it consumes more energy than gsm., i turned off data connection. i use only wifi for web browsing. i turn it off whenever i don't need it..

> In reply to Angad @ 2013-03-24 06:31 from vbZF - click to readthat's difficult question. because none can talk 29hours continuously without breaking. But when I talk about 20times x 1.5minutes per day; online 30' on wifi; online 30' on 3G, it keeps whole 2 days. If you choose Long standby, it can keeps 3 whole days. It's so good, isn't it!

Bought it today from Lenovo authorized showroom for 13500 INR, it does have a gyro sensor and temple run works flawlessly... no doubt the processing power is damn fast. A great buy.

Funny, the price has been fixed in Indonesia (Rp.2,500,000) but not one unit is available in store. The authorized dealer (Okeshop) has had big banner ad. of this type -along with S890- at every outlet but none on stock). I really want this phone.

led notification for missed calls and unread messages seems to be very handy after 2 weeks of usage. dont have to unlock screen for checking missed calls and messages. many smartphones are dropping this feature.

> In reply to Jeh17 @ 2013-03-20 16:16 from t1}@ - click to read1) I got this phone from alfa for 13,200 INR.
2) I was shown just a model for the phone not an actual display piece. But that gave me a fair idea of size and weight.
3) Google Play and Google Apps are pre installed. They were my first criterion.
4) Did not try importing.
5) Don't have a 3g sim yet. But the phone will last easily for 2 days with typical use of calling, net surfing, videos, music, temple run 2 and some other games.
6) The phone weight does not seem to bother me at least for daily use.

Alright guys, finally found a benchmark which could compare Maxx to P770 in terms of battery quality.

Using Antutu Tester found on these 2 sources:
Lenovo P770 - 924 points (http://mobile.pconline.com.cn/...tent_page_3)
Motorla Maxx - 983 points (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh5ya6uWCOg)

Seems like even though Lenovo P770 might have 200 more mah than Motorola Maxx, Maxx does survive longer than P770 in a single charge.

Dear Fellow P770 owners.
How come Lenovo being such big and respected company isn't giving any clarifications on the battery issue? I was hoping by now there was something from them. At the end of the day it's pure CHEATING by giving us to believe its 30 hours of talk time but only SHOWS 8-10 hours and in actual use it's given me 6 hours of talk time. With 6 hours we are talking of 1/5 what's promised. Even if we have all the connectivity on it should give us at least half the backup promised.

I'd like your comments on this folks.
