Your problem is same with me. But, I got the solution. When you playing Music Player, go to menu>equalizer. And then, you turn on equalizer button. You choose equalizer setting as you want. And the last, back to music player you'll listen louder sound than before.

Just bought this gadget, worth for money, but when using handfree the sound is very weak/low even with max sound level, is this problem can be repair?

to kirana: can't give you any suggest without see your handheld, bcuz potentially it can be any reason. Better go to lenovo service centre near your area, or if you in Indonesia just go to okeshop or trikomsel centre whether your problem came from its phone or your network provider.

its a cheap quality phone i purchased it no good after sales service.phone gets pretty hot in all climates works bizarre better dont buy.i am using many other good android problems which never had problems like lenovo phones.

5 months use this low-end phone. It's durable, rather reliable, never hang until now, good battery, play real racing 3 smoothly.

This is a dual sim phone, but when i'm connecting to the internet or making call with 1st sim, the 2nd sim can't receive calls, and vice versa. Is it possible to way around this?
