after using for one month.i feel i choose the right phone,all dfunction goes well.battery life with moderate use can last for whole day.streaming video for 3hour the battery life still reserve 60%above.

> In reply to dRONZ @ 2013-05-08 13:53 from sRjx - click to readWell I have been able to solve the problem myself immediately after posting my complaint, I continued tinkering with my unit and finally found the culprit to be the Easy Battery Saver app which kept adjusting my screen brightness to the dimmest setting…so I uninstalled it and my problem with brightness has been solved…turns out the said app is not compatible with the S890 unlike in my old A60…at least something I can share with the other s890 users…

I've had mine for a month now, and I'm happy with it save for one thing. I noticed that when I use an apostrophe in a text message (say I begin a message with "Let's meet later"), the character count immediately zooms down to 65; if I put the apostrophe near the end of the message (a single message) with say 25 characters left, suddenly my message is worth 3 SMS's and the count is down to 65 characters left! Has anyone else noticed this, and what can I do to fix this? Thanks! :)

Guys question here: the brightness of my s890 keeps adjusting itself to the dimmest setting after I unlock the screen and launch any app, and its getting to be annoying already. I don't know if its due to the battery saver setting or is it factory defect…anybody else with this same problem?

I know only one SIM is active at one time for 3G. But since I have 2 SIM with data plan, can I switch from SIM 1 to SIM 2 to utilise 3G without physically removing the sim card (ie change in the settings only) ?

Do all of the lenovo s890 units are have a yellow tint at the bottom of the screen? Pls reply anybody, coz im planning to buy this, thanks a lot :)

worth for the price... spen more money then u'll get better quality... for me this is good enough... not bad for the function... and it's got lot of setting that u can play with.... about the quality of the camera!!!...get a SLR camera... much2 better quality and u'll get the perfect pic....lol

Camera quality not good. Image size about 600k. Don't know why can't get the max 8 M. Notice one of the camera function in the camera menu is missing ( smile detection) software problem?

Is there a way to set the default camera storage to SD Card instead of phone memory? I checked the camera settings, I was unable to find an option there. Any ideas?
