I had this phone 1 year and now is broken.
I think it's software problem.
Some thing between phonebook and sms connection (link).
Every time I want to send sms it freeze when I come to the point of send message.
Where I can download new software for it? And how to install it to phone... :)

Ok so i have this phone for 2 years n its crashed twice! the first time i could easily restart it n i could text within the minuet. tho the recent time it crash nothing would work, only calls n i dont want it for that! so i did the reset thing n whoop its all fine. but i wouldnt advise it, too easy to crash!
by the way, where do u get new software from? i so dont know!

Beautiful phone, nothing has gone wrong yet. Most of the people here probably bought a second hand one. Mine works fine.

I got this phone from my parents Xmas 05. Workd well at 1st but then went completety wrong. Camera didnt work, couldnt txt or look at msgs and after it got fixed all contacts were deleted. It wont download stuff properly either.
Avoid this phone

i have had my phone for about a year and its the worst phone i have ever had it wont let me read my messages it crashes and deletes everything and now it wont even let me use the camera i would not advise anyone to buy this phone

this phone is rubbish , i was haveing trouble with txts so cleaned my sim card and it has never worked since ,the camara won't let me access it , , stay away from this mobile

I LOVE my little phone, i bought it about 2 yrs ago & nothing has gone wrong with it, i live in the countryside & i have always got a strong signal, unlike my husbands phone & our friends, theyre allways moaning about their phones, & phrasing what a great phone mine is :)
my only question is this, can i somehow get rid of the ..T-MOBILE wording that displays on my screen, if so how, much apreciated .

this is the worst phone u could possibly have! u cant read txts, write them, take pictures n view them! u cant even listen 2 ne ringtones! do not gt this phone!

please note the proper code for factory reset is 2945#*# not 2945# as posted earlier, but i hate this phone and lg ? as i had the same problem with my former lg phone apart from the same old no usb use etc why supply the usb cable when the firmware doesn,t support usb, so i have to send my phone to lg for 2 months for an upgrade,and still have to reset my phone every 3 months because of other problems that still exist,what a waste of money and time. buy nokia or moto. there much more reliable and do what they say on the box.

terrible phone, avoid!!!!
started crashing, locking up when trying to access text messages after 8 months, all it does is reset itself.

I am really fed up of this phone. I recieved a message, but whenever it tries to open, the phone crashes and everythin stops workin. I think it is a virus. Pls someone no what is wrong

i luv this phone. sometimes it wouldnt work but now it has bin over a year since it has done nething wrong
its a gr8 phone. i read sumwhere that it can video message but it cant... can it?

I work for T-Mobile, and the fault where you cannot use camera or read sms is quite common.
To fix it, type in the following code, but please be warned, you will lose any sms, pictures and numbers stored on the phone.
From the standby screen type in:
2945#*# and select option 6 (reset) from the menu.
The phone will restart and after about a minute you'll be working again.
Make a note of the code, because you'll be needing it every few months.
It is a terrible phone!

lg c2200 is a great mobile but there is 2 problems that i cant fix it even in LG support , the 1st one that i cant read or recive any sms or msgs even i cant send any msgs , 2nd one is my camera dont work and i cant open any of my photos , try again try again , i dont know what is the problem exactly , if any body know plz let me know , thx
