I have the same problem as everyone else and am fed up! Is there any way of getting around it? Fed up of the egg timer coming up and losing all my data.Why have I got to keep putting it to factory reset all the time?

i bought this fone last week &wen it came i could not get into the text recieve or send nor could i get into the in/outbox, i took it back, got another 1 guess wot exactly the same thing so i took it back & got my money back, now ive got the sony ericsson brilliant fone, my advise dont buy this fone its a joke

i'm sorry to inform de other people who don't like this phone that, if you change the old software into the new one you won't have any problems with this phone again..........the new and the best spftware is : C2200P40FL-49-V102-262. search it on the net..

I was so pleased with this phone when i got it a month ago, but now i regret it, its crashed twice already and i cant read my messages, send messages, or take and look at pictures. I agree with everyone when they warn you not to buy this phone, its a lot less hassle.

hey guys i found out sommet new! phone lg and tel em wot prob is! they should help but u will hav 2 go without 4 week oh 4 camera 2 get on2 pc ring lg and ask 4 camera usb stick! soz lg but take my advice ditch c2200 or help the other poor people n this site who are fed up!

Ive had the same problems with my phone, and have had 4 of the phones. I first bought it from index, but when my second phone crashed, i went to t-mobile and they blamed it on index. But i still have the same problems. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. I am so annoyed that lg are still selling these phones, especially as everybody is getting the same problems.
I am going to try and get a full refund, and purchase a new phone like the samsung e3300. They seem much more reliable.

i got this mob few days before birthday (24 jan) it is now june. in this time i had the virus twice and as i cannot get hold of a thing that transfers piccys n 2 pc i lost al piccys 2! i wont give up n lg but i am going to try foning i know this is not a question but i think some of the other usres r a bit unfair n lg! can anyone tel me where 2 get picture transfers?! tar!

I have had this phone for several months now and have had no problems whatsoever with it - i luv it, it's got a decent screen size, great colours and a brilliant camera!! i havent lost any pictures or messages (as yet anyway!) and the phone is overall very efficient - i'm glad I spent my money on the LG C2200

hi all you poor lg phone users.ive had 4 of these phones now,and i sympathise with you..they are micky mouse dont know how lg get away with seling rubbish,certainly wouldnt waste my time sending back to lg..why should i be without a phone..as too all the poor folk who bought phones from link/phones 4 yu with their pathetic 28 day money back guarantee//buy from comet..they offer 6 months replacement warranty if developes fault..think other stores taking the micky..insist on replacement ..my advice contact trading standards

bought 2 of these phones in jan this year,as reports on here phone was easy to use..good camera,shame about the pathetic quality,as its now may weve had 4 of these phones all suffered data loss refusal to open pics and text messages and no camera function,really annoying,myself and my wife both lucjy weve had ours replaced within the shop warranty now have a motorolla and a nokia ..to my relief,want my opinion dont buy the lg..its crap..lg have serious quality issues
