I had this phone bought for my 40th birthday and last week the camera function lost all my photos stopped sending text messages and wouldn't let me read any messages .now my phone is dead I need to find out who to contact at Lg to have it replaced.

If you have one of these phones and are getting the picture deletions and the camera is not working then it's only an error not a terminal fault. you have already lost your photos, there gone for good. back up your phonebook onto your sim card or write them down and then press 2945#*# then option 8 (factory reset) your phone will then be working again as new. you may loose your downloads etc but your phones sorted...

Well I too got this phone for christmas, I had some really good photos and wanted a data cable to get the pics onto disc but could not locate one.
I went to send a text today and it froze, It then deleted every photo and the camera is dead. it also refuses to open texts now..
What a useless phone, but more to the point WHY are LG still banging out phones that obviously have a common and sure to happen fault

I bought this phone for christmas and there was alot of things wrong with it so i took it back to the shop and they gave me a new one and this time it deleted all my photos and the camera dosent work. My advice it to buy a different phone because they obviously havent made the phone preoperly and it faulty!!!!!

had this fone at xmas, next day it had stopped working.. pictures deleted and cant read text messae or voice recording, sent it back to the shop, they gave me a new 1, it happened again, so now i is being sent back and hopefully replaced with a different phone.

I think this phone is ok...like any phone it's negative points are illustrated best. Depending on circumstances it can take forever to access your 'function' on the menu, and it isn't the most efficient at this. It's battery isn't that long, and it only holds 1mb of memory which for someone with a hetic life isn't the most suited for me. But the camrea is handy, although i wish it would have video as well, and there have been countless occasions where the phone has d/connected whilst in the midst of a phone-call. this can get v.annoying, and sometimes it can't recieve calls either. Overall it's not the worst phone, but your'e probably best to check through these pages before you buy the phone. LG are a good manufacturer, but i think LG stands for less great as it's less great than Nokia and Siemens.

Everyone seems to be suffering from the same problem as me. The phone freezes when trying to send a text, photos lost, unable to access camera.
Lg need to seriously think about re-calling all these phones as they are all faulty.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, it will save you so much stress and money in the long run.
Anybody got any suggestions on how to fix it, or what phone I should buy to replace it? cheers

Fed up mum - bought phone for daughter at xmas, all photos lost and unable to access messages, exchanged it at shop, its now 19 Jan and it has happened again, please help, (had to send SIM card back last time), I have one myself too, hope it doesnt happen a third time!

WARNING - Could seriously damage your health STRESS!!! This phone is **** (well let me just say - its not very good) I purchased a C2200 for my daughter at Christmas. She is having the same problem as many others are ie Freezing, deleting messages and photos and unable to access camera. I shouldn't really complain it did work for 2 weeks and after all it only cost £89.99. Any suggestions on what I should do? Please keep them clean.

Bought 2 for my daughters at Christmas. One has the "fuzzy screen fault", the other won't allow you to scroll through the pictures. Both lock up 2-3 times a day. Worse reliability than a certain PC operating system. Any news on a download to fix these?
