To use your phone as modem to connect to the internet
Install it as a 56000Bps Standard modem which needs no individual driver CD.
Then Follow Step 3 of harrypottered's Post

Step 1:
Connect the phone to PC selecting COMPort on phone.
If you did it for the first time then.....New device found...something like this will appear.
Simply install it without any driver CD. Windows XP system will provide the necessary driver.
If you skiped it long time ago Then Go to
Control Panel > Phone and Modem Options > Modems > Add
On Add Hardwear wizare In the manufacturers table select LGElectronics then LG Internet Kit Modem
****IF NO SUCH THINGS EXIST THERE THEN DO STEP 2 BEFORE STEP 1
****The LG Internet Kit Modem Driver system files may be found in the following web:

http://aiubexam.googlepages.com/rootmdm.sys
(THIS IS FOR MANUALLY DRIVER SETUP)
Step 2:
Go to

Download LG PC Sync and Install it keeping the C 2500 connected to PC and selecting COM PORT in phone
Go to Control Panel > Phone and Modem Options > Modems > LG Internet Kit Modem Driver > properties > Diagnostic > Query Modem >
If succes appears Your modem Setup is OK.
Step 3:
Go To

-Install the driver B2050 to one of the com port other than your LG C2500.
Don't get confused,it works for C2500 too.
-create a new connection by double clicking on 'The Internet Kit'.
-Select Call type: GPRS Call
-Insert the APN Address there of your provider.(ie.wap or something)
(also the GPRS service must be activated from provider)
-Dial number *99# or the number provided
-Insert Username/Password if necessary.(Operator provided)
Its too fishy so keep trying in different ways,it took about 9 months after
my purchase of this phone to be able to use wireless internet
I think this will solve the problem.

Very Good for Its Price and features. I m using More than 2 yrs. GPRS modem /USB Charging/Flash Drv/Stereo FM Radio/MP3 Player are working well.
But Couldn't find Housing/Genuine Headset & Battery also high in Price.
I m giving 8 points out of 10
