I got this LG C375.. anyone had a problem deleting messages?... Apparently, if you insert a 2nd sim and after a while decided to take the sim out, the messages will stay in your phone and you won't be able to delete it.. THat really sucks! The phone hangs up everytime I try to delete the messages..

during recording calls is there is abeep in the call?

I've been digging this code all over the web. Could not find it. Why do I need it?

The phone decides on itself when WiFi is disconnected and arbitrarily switches to GPRS. Since I cannot control the way it switches on itself, I wanted to delete the default/first GPRS network setting.

It cannot be deleted. I can create/delete new GPRS networks, but when I select the default one it only shows "View"; NO DELETE OPTION.

I hope through the Factory Menu to get to delete that sticky GPRS network setting. It is like stealing my money.

I do not know if anyone else is having this but it might be specific to my case; maybe a deal the provider set with LG to have their sick GPRS network "glued" to the phone.

Everything is lovely and powerful in that phone, but keypad is hell for fast typing, specially if you have big thumbs (usual male thumb)!

I use Alcatel OT-800 before, also OT-807D and loved both their keypads; just awesome.

This Cookie Tweet, however, has mostly flat keys that are not soft as some argue but tough to press; at least compared to those of Alcatel.

I wish LG would have paid attention to this serious issue. It spoiled the whole cook recipe.

The only drawback for me is the camera, it lacks light sensitivity during indoor shots but other features is great.. great wifi, dual sim and the sound is good while using a headset, application security lock, soft key and etc.. 8/10 for this phone =)

I have this unit and so far, its OK. there is a slight learning curve, which is normal, since I did not previously own an LG mobile phone. I was almost always using a Nokia. The switching of Sim 1 to Sim 2 which is done by pushing a button on the left side will become second nature after repeated use. China made generic dual sims have either dedicated Sim1/Sim2 buttons, or, they ask you which sim you want to use being pressing dial or sending a text. So it will take a while for the user to get used to LG's style of pushing to switch sim.

Internet Wifi is slow, but that is expected since the price factor of this unit is low. (I got it at 4,000 pesos only). It oftens hangs so I do not really use it alot anymore in terms of internet access.

The screen is 320x240 and for me, very nice resolution. Very good color. Pictures taken from this mobile phone is obviously below average quality.

music player audio sound is average. There are equalizer pre-sets which enhances a bit the audio quality. Volume of ringtone is acceptable. The speaker output is located at the back of the unit, therefore it is louder if the unit was rested on the table with the front facing down.

Texting is OK. speed is good in terms of character response. You can compose mandarin characters with this unit.

pre installed 2 games are a little boring. hehehe. I have not tried installing new games.

I do NOT find the keys to be that hard to press. In fact i like that certain hardness. I personally feel it would have been better if the keys were a little bigger so i wont be mispressing the neighboring keys but then again, I admit i have above average sized fingers so it is not completely fair to criticize the key sizes.

overall i will give it an 8.5/10 ratings. hoping after three months of use today, it will not start to conk out. If it does, I will downgrade my ratings.

The black color model's backlight is white, while the white color model's backlight is blue. both are beautiful to look at. The white model's back cover is textured, while the black one is gray and smooth.

i have this unit for almost a month now and enjoying entirely its features. i love everything in it. as to your question on the organized threaded sms, just check on the time u sent and received the message. the message follows the time u sent & received.

Using from past four months only two drawback sms memory is low can save only 500 sms :_(

then vibrating is too much

How about the wifi unlock issue (which you need to deliver the unit back to lg service for them to unlock the said wifi of the unit). And the disorganized sms threads (the recent msgs would appear in the middle of the conversation thread)? How should you deal with those?
