Don't ever buy this phone, it is a disaster. The first problem i had with it was the music player stopped working. I would got to open up my songs but none them would show up. I sent it in and now the new one I have has gone bad as well. It will only stay alive long enough for me to have a 1 minute conversations then it shuts off. My warranty is p so I can't send it in anymore. I'm switching to Samsung because I'm tired of these problems.

im having a problem with charging my phone. i plug it in and all that happens is the lg symbol pops up and turns back off, the only charger that works is the usb charger

This phone is terrible. The touch screen mess up all the times. After having it for 7 months, the touch screen no longer work. Trade in for another and the same thing happen.

i am using LGCu915 mobile, i am notable to access the GPRS. all providers are telling "" you are not allowed to subscribe the service". since it is purchased in America. Is there any software to update my mobile to access GPRS.

i only had the phone for nine months and the phone screen died and was told by my phone company to get a prepaid phone wasnt able to get a upgrade it really sucks because every phone i had by samsung died before a year . samsung please improve the quality of your phones i know u guys wanna make money but if u make a good product u would do better with sales.

the touch screen went out after 15 months! Don't buy unless you buy the insurance....

I don,t like how the musicplayer don,t back while playing.The factory battery are not strong and the phone is always hot while playing.I need the case for the phone.How can i get it.

This phone really sux. the touch is not as resposive, texting is nearly impossible and takes twice as long. its a pain to add people to the address book coz the touch querty is so difficult. Even dialing numbers is a pain as you can easily make mistakes on the touch pad. My phone screen froze after 9 months and had to be repaired, which didnt even resolve some issues..ringtones for mp3 have to be cut down to 30 secs before use and overall a very boring and dull phone..the only pros are the weight of the phone and the screen size.

My charger port broke to, so now i have to get the samsung a887 my sister has that phone... and i didnt really like it but it has pretty descent reviews and it does have cool options so mabey i'll learn to grow to it. B/c i did love my Lg Vu.

This phone was great until out of nowhere the charging port decided to not work again, if your an owner you know its a struggle tryng to charge it. well i bought 2 and both went to the drain because of the charging port. maybe i charged it wrong or something but becareful with the charging port extremely sensitive.
