This phone is ok but after 2wks of usage the main screen just went of. It only comes back on for a few minutes after its been put close to my air conditioner or put in freezer. Unfortunately that puts all the other good qualities into the dark for me.

i have had my double play since it came out in novenber of 2011 and i have had no problems with it at all... it never dies on me and i got it from $50 from tmobile. i love this phone!

I have it.. and its a cool concept.. but way under powered. It needs more ram, faster processor, and bigger battery... It dies quickly and performs very poorly.

the lg doubleplay phones tuff! I wouldnt want any other phone got it for 140 bucks used but still had plastic on it..its the best phone i ever had quit hating on it.just bec u cant afford one..this phone is bad ass.

Overall it's good but the screen locks up when I plug it in and the browser is extremely slow to start. GPS is also pretty weak and loses signal often or locks up. The second screen is useful but limited. Not bad for a 1st-gen phone.

since I bought this phone I have had trouble getting on the internet. I was told it is because I went over my data limit, but even when my month starts over I have trouble. My son is on my plan and has a different phone and has no problem getting online at all, even when we are supposedly over our limit. I do not like this phone and I am very disappointed that I bought it.

I searched for GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 frequencies and this phone along with several Nokia phones showed up. Also these frequencies are shown BUT you have to watch carefully, it states for Tmobile only. Also when you go to one of the seller's sites you do not see all the frequencies listed. Keep clear with LG's gimmicks.
