hi ppl,
i habe a lg g3100 handset. i want to connect it to a laptop for internet purpose through data cable.
so i want to know is it possible to do this.
i will be very much thankful to the person who will give a valid answer.

The lg3100 is excillent but life is not to good and i want know that dose it support the data cable of what type if it is usb or comport other than that is just ammazing to play with utilities built in it .

absolutely basic phone. useless in all other respects. pathetic battery, loser screen display(and its tiny too), no picture msg, no local script support, no games (except the ninny othello you get..), no accesories, panels available. please dont get this phone even if you get it for free. throw away your existing phones even..

Ashwin,
What I mean to say is there is only one port for power and data in G3100. and normally you can connect either the data cable or the power cable, one at a time. What I want is the data cable should have a port to connect the power cable as well so that there will not be any chance of disconnection due to low battery.

I need to have a 2in1 data cable for this mobile. 2in1 in the sense, it will connect to PC for data transfer and charge the battery at the same time thru USB. Any suggestions?

i ve this mobile for more than one and a half yrs, mobile s ok. but too much battery prob.. and of course its operations are slow.. anybody enquiring about memory capacity.. sorry, this mobile hasnt any, except phone number storage..

its a good set actually , but have some problem with download... battery i dont think its so bad as other people have their openion . there will be some problems i mean its an old set we cant compare it with now days mobile...

I need to have a data cable to connect this phone to my PC/Laptop for internet access. Can snyone suggest a shop in Hyderabad? Currently I am using a Sony Erricson K500i for that purpose and gettin reasonable speed from Airtel. Can anybody suggest me how to configure LG G3100 for the same purpose?

I love the phone!! It's compact, great display, good sound. All the function you most have are there. But one thing, the battery!!!! OMG, 2,5 days and it's ded. I was a little disapointed about that.
