is this gonna get marshmallow? it really needs it for that memory card app storage.
For the laggy interface, it's because of LG's launcher, well that's my opinion, try changing launchers, I tried using Nova for a while and it runs smooth in terms of UI and normal day to day screen swiping (less lag, you'll notice it). Also make a habit of closing unnecessary apps in the background.
Display is good. But the UI lags. Will it get atleast an update for the lagging issue? Probably, marshmallow?
Rain, 04 Jan 2016Specifically where in the Philippines man and what store? thanks!Available nationwide from stores Wiltelcom, Ytelcom and LG stores at SM Malls/CyberZone. Same prize is offered by these three retailers.
Rain, 04 Jan 2016Specifically where in the Philippines man and what store? thanks! Here in Iloilo its available in various Play Telecom stores. I assume you're in Luzon, and no idea if where.
for gaming you look at gpu and cpu. The cpu sucks on this phone! you will only get 59.4 Gflops at 550Mhz which is terrible for gaming
Shin, 01 Jan 2016Which phone is better for gaming purposes? G4 stylus or G4 beat? Hope you can help me! Tnx Beat is better. Cause it has a bigger RAM(1.5) than the stylus which is only 1 GB of RAM. Games' performance are better if you got a higher RAM. Hope this helps :)

The phone is great, the battery is not that bad and the phone is fast, the problem is that i feel some lag when scrolling, the camera is great and the display is beautiful. I do alot of gaming and all games run really smooth, only some games dont( Asphalt 8 And Minecraft Pe), It can be because the device is not supported since its "New". But its overall a great experience And with only 1.5 gigs of ram it does the job.
cersei, 26 Dec 2015LG G4 Beat vs Galaxy A5? Which one would be better?A5, except the display whichh is 720p over g4Beat's 1080p. With the price of A5, you might wanna consider LG G3 (last year's LG flagship). It's price has dropped.
Got the 736P variant. I'm just loving it. My previous phone was the Zenfone 6 (A601CG).
The battery doesn't last as long as gamers would like but I use it for work and it gets the job done.
For the price, which is directly comparable to the Moto G 2nd Gen, it's a steal.
Ram, screen, cameras, cpu and gpu and touch - all better.
cireyaj15, 20 Dec 2015Torn between G4 Beat and M4 Aqua. Wished they'd also made this IP Certified. Help please =)Take the M4, i've had it for some while and it's great for the money. Gets hot after some time, and the camera is a bit slow, but the Marshmallow update will change that.
guys this phone is amazing only things is that its a battery hog
does anyone know if there will be an update to fix this
will this issue be fixed after the marshmallow update?
