Tufan, 11 Nov 2015Guys, if you had a chance to receive LG G4 Beat or Samsung Galaxy J5 as a gift, which one woul... moreI just visited a store. and held a G4 beat. it looks IDENTICAL to the G4 by looks, as for preformance. it's quite good for a s615 device. hardly overheats. and if it didn't have that alarm USB... I would also check if it had OTG... it's convenient, sharp (424 PPI!) and light for it's size, Welp... not AS LIGHT as the g2... but close to it. (146g from my feeling)
J5 I haven't held so I can't help here. ^^;

Anonymous, 11 Nov 2015Dont buy chinese products. Your just helping them have budget to provoke world war 3Lg g4 beat is made in korea for sake it authentic as the lg g4
Guys, if you had a chance to receive LG G4 Beat or Samsung Galaxy J5 as a gift, which one would you prefer? On paper LG G4 Beat has better specs but I read the user reviews, people seem to be more satisfied with Samsung. I really need your opinions. Thanks...
Dont buy chinese products. Your just helping them have budget to provoke world war 3
Bought this phone and using it for 2 days so far so good app can be moved to sd card and i have two issue it is lagging while texting i dont why and battery life drains fast via wifi
Dr. Android, 02 Nov 2015No SD card slot. Why LG, Why?Check tests and review on youtube. it is clearly seen that the micro sd slot
LG G4 Beat (Vigor in Canada) at Virgin Mobile has a Micro SD card slot
I've "upgraded" from a lg g2, but I've now realised it was a downgrade!
Strange that a brand new, mid price phone has is inferior to my old Samsung s2..
- the external sdcard can NOT be used for storing apps, the main reason I bought this phone. Moving apps to sd only moves it onto a separate folder on the internal 8 gb storage. The operating system uses 4 gb on its own, so you're left with about 3 gb for apps, compared to 32 gb on my old S2.. Would have loved to be a fly on the wall at lg when this decision was made.
- screen is not gorilla glass. 4 days and it's allready scratched. Again S2 from 2013 is scratch proof.
- charge time is twice of any other phone I own. I checked it only charges at 0.6 amps, where most other phones charge at 1.4 amps or more.
- bloatware was taken to the next level on this phone. I counted 18 apps which are completely useless to new and clutters the screen and wastes the tiny bit of storage this phone has.
- no light sensor, so you're fighting in daylight trying to see where to turn up the brightness and by night your partner freaks out because of the lighthouse next to her. Again the oldest, cheapest android devices I own have this function.
- no face tracking to keep the screen on while reading. Again, back a step.
Don't buy this phone!

Battery : battery also good with data on in minimum brightness, with wifi not that good but ok for indoor
Battery charging : no quick charging but not taking much time
Camera: nice selfie wide angle camera with 1080p recording night selfie flash with use of display light,8MP Rear camera as usual record 1080p ,laser focus for fast focusing, daylight images is best for me ,low light is ok u can change modes in manual for night photos

speaker : 1w no low sound problems output speaker is really good for me,provided headset good sound with bass cant use with full volume very loud.
Radio : Fm recording
Memory : internal 4.24gb for system,3.76gb for apps etc.as usual u knw jellybean ,kitkat nd lolipop nt supported sd card moveble option lets wait for 6.0 update for this device
