Forgot to mention also, it has wifi connectivity problem. I check the smartphone of my family they can connect pretty well with no issue at all. What i do is i would call my internet provider and ask for a replacement of the modem even though i am the only one who could not connect on the wifi at home. The brandnew modem will arrive and i can now conncect to the wifi and after 2months it will not recognize the wifi and it would be very difficult for me since everyone are having no issues and only me who is experiencing this issue. So i called the internet provider to replace the modem again, since i cannot connect to the wifi and they are kind enough to replace it again. And after 2months, again it happened. I feel ashame calling our broadband since the problem is not them but my unit was having some issues.
I bought this smartphone last year of 2015 december. Been using lg g4 h818p. I got some issues to the phone. To begin with, it overheat so much even though i am not using mobile data that was the first month of using it and if i am using mobile data it still super hot to touch. Second, there is a problem with the screen. There are screen retention. I can still see my notification on the background and i ignored it. It doesn't bother me that much. Thirdly, it is getting slower and slower and much more lag occur. What i do is I always restart my phone and it will disappear for awhile and it will come back afterwards. And lastly, it automatically shutdown and i could not open it anymore. I have been using it for 10months and it didn't last that long. I have been using the lg brand since they release the lg p500 and bought it after that we bought lg g2 and g2 mini. Despite some issues in lg p500 and lg g2 and g2 mini i still love lg because it is very cute and when they release lg g4 i am really eager to have the g4. I waited until christmas and then that was it. I will no longer use lg unless they will improve i might reconsider.
Classic1221, 18 Oct 20162year warranty? Thats cool. Yeah. They call it "extended warranty". But you have to pay extra, but not that much to avail it. It not only covers factory defects, but also accidental damage (like screen breakage, etc..)
Not all stores give it tho.

Kodols, 13 Oct 2016I would just like to share my experience with LG G4. I live in the Philippines and I have an ... moreBad luck i would say. Had your phone bootlooped they would have replaced the motherboard with 600 series which may run for an another year. But now you are out of warrenty and your phone may bootloop any time. Mine got boot looped in the 12th month and rhey replaced motherboard with 608 series. So my suggestion would be backup and be prepared to face the inevitable. I hope nothing of that sort would happen though.
