A m using this mobile past 1 yr, its bettry life is very poor, touch processing is also slow, and it not support edge service

My son was given a LG GD510 Pop recently and we were wondering if it has WiFi capability.
Anyone out there who can answer this and possibly help us with the settings? Thanks, Charles

I love this phone a lot, it is really amazing. I use facebook, gmail, orkut, yahoo mail and yahoo messenger. photos clicked from this phone is very nice and clear. I like to stick to this phone always.....not able think of any other phone. I download images from google.

I own it from past 1.6 years. It's A Not good, not bad phone. 3MP camera is extra ordinary but battery backup is very less, less than a day.. It's horrible that we can't off the camera sound even in silent mode if we take photo, it gives sound.. horrible. Slow processing but good to record a video and good to use apps on it. Superb sound in earphone with many equalizers but on mobile speaker, it's something noisy sound when equalizers are applied. :-) :-(
If you are not worried about battery backup, and if are carrying a power source you can choose it. Else you can go for other phones.

I own it from 1.6 years and it's not worth. Battery backup is too poor. Camera is superb but no use without charge.. :-(

In my opinion, one of the worst phones released in the last few years, god awful unresponsive touch screen and a UI so slow its infuriating.

I was having GD510 with me for past one year. Its a googlooking stylish phone. The stunning features are its 3MP camera with super clarity, extremely small size, metal body, multitasking which impart an easyness to carry on. The worst is its 1 day battery life, tft rst touch screen, low power processor which makes the the functions slower. LG service centres are much caring abt custmr satsfn. Once my phone lost its touch capacity and frequently power off due to some software complaint, LG serviced it for free of cost within a month. Now i had a bought a Nokia E5. And i'm realising the software limitations of java base and the easiness of great s60 platform. GD510 is suitable for one who wish to use a touch phone with extremely small body size.

the worst mobile phone ever. very bad battery with annoying sound when its empty all the time which i can't turn off (even when the sound is turned off), serious touch problems and it fits only 500 messages.there are a lot of other bad things but these are the worst for me. i'm really not happy with this phone. can't wait to buy new one.
