> In reply to Poornima @ 2009-11-19 16:51 from ut2PHello Miss Poornima...
This phone has a superb FM radio with unmatched reception. If you live near the vicinity of a Radio station, you don't even need the earphones to be connected as it comes with a built in FM antenna. I'm from the city of Kollam and the nearest FM station is a good 70 KM away. So I do connect the earphones which doubles up as an extended antenna.
The audio quality through the speakers are superb and realistic thanks to the built in woofer and Dolby mobile 2.0. The battery is also the best in this segment which will give you hours of non stop listening pleasure. So with all these features, the lack of playback via BT should never keep you away from this phone. If at all, a phone has that capability, still that phone should have wireless antenna which in this segment GM200 alone has.

Hi all,
this is a followup on user opinion, I bought this set on 16/11 put it on charge overnite. started using it on 17/11,am and the battery level today 20/11 at 1200 hrs, has just decreased by only 1 bar, and still showing 2 bars left. Hence the battery backup is awesome, after using it the past 3 days, of MP3, FM and phone calls,
contrary, some one wanted to know if FM can be played by bluetooth, why this?? when you can play directly??
More to follow after I explore the phone features.

I would like to purchase this model. But before purchasing, I would like to find out if FM be played via Bluetooth in this model. If there is no such build-in feature, is there any software available for this? If no, is there anyother model of any brand in which this feature is available??

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-18 13:16 from w4gIDude!!! there might be something terribly wrong with your battery or firmware. The battery of GM200 is one of it's highlights. Just yesterday, I conducted a test to see what the battery limit is and starting at 8:30pm, I turned on the mp3 player fully charged and at the normal volume which I usually use. I let it work till 9:45am morning still working with two bars left. After that, I was forced to stop as I had to attend college. Plugged it for charging just now at 6:00 in the evening. Can only imagine what the case will be in flight mode.
Think you should get it to the service center and get the battery checked out.

Found a neat trick today...
Today I just purchased a new BT dongle (Enter smallest BT dongle) with 2.0 support. Installed the drivers and all the software and started it. My phone was paired and after that, under the software options, I added my computer drive with all the mp3's stored in it on the shared FTP folder.
Next on the phone, under all services, I selected file transfer service and then connected my PC.
Walla.... Now I can access all the files and folders in my PC wirelessly and get whatever files I want from my PC remotely.
It might seem like i'm a bit idle, but who cares when I can get the files I like on the other room without staring at the monitor all the time. And the BT transfer speeds are also in the range of 50-60KBps.
You should try it out too.. might be a bit unorthodox but it is fun.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-18 11:40 from P$6FDon't think softwares would make any differences. The best thing to do is to take it to the nearest LG care and get your firmware updated ASAP. I got a bit of improvement on the camera side with my second update. The photo quality in low light conditions have been improved. The pics appear a bit more brighter without an increase in noise levels.
