Totally agree with Mitch. This phone is great. I love it. I mean the only reason mine is not working is because it fell from two stories. And before that it practically did it's diploma in floor technology, lol. Yeeessss......I know I'm a neglectful parent of phones, I'm actually going a support group for that...lol. But right now I have a Sony Ericsson W380a and I have serious tabanca. I miss my phone. Probably you guys got some bad dealers.

Okay people, everyone who says the phone is crap...it isnt the phone, its the user..no offense lol But seriously you people have to have your phone replaced because your not careful, ive had mine for a good while and im not really careful with it. I enjoy the phone and it is a decent phone. The battery life is good bot standing and talk time..the screen is fine and any just no problems with the phone period. It isnt a bad phone, it just gets bad users, again...no offence lol

I hate this phone.
I've had to change it about 4 times and I encountered the following problems with all of them:
- turns off whenever
- freezes
- not all text messages send
- it does not always ring so you don't know if the other person answered unless you look at the phone
- battery doesnt last
- when its dropped the back comes right off
- screen cracks/scratches easily

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!

my GT365 how can i use my one music on my card to set as ringtone.? 2. where can i find the FM in the phone.. i have been looking for it for the past 3days and i can find none of those things on the phone.. please for God sake can someone help me out please....

infact i have seen phones upon phones but this [articular phone is demn hot to my satisfaction.they have really made this phone & all the features & the functions are good but my problem is the battery.so if the LG company's can do something about it ...

ok i have had my LG Neon for 6 months and am on the second one...they are suppose to be able to play unprotected ringtones but mine will and will not play the protected ones from AT&T can any body give me any suggestions as to why mine is backwards.......

I've had my Neon for 2 weeks and I'm already having to replace it. The sad thing is that this is the third Neon I've had in the past year and I'm very careful with my phones. I'm getting a Samsung Mythic and I hope I can get a better experience out of it. The Neon is just not the type of phone that should be used for anything other then looks.

Its happened to my LG before.
