I've had this phone for a year, loved it for a couple months, but the tables have turned...DON'T BUY IT....Everyone I know who has this phone has had issues with it....mine's been sent in three times for repairs because it randomly shuts off, each time I went into rogers to pick it up they would pull out a box full of repaired phones to find mine and I swear they were ALL neons. I just picked it up (again) from rogers after a repair and a week later it shut off randomly and now it won't turn back on....YIKES!

the worst phone by far! i have ever had, i had a razar that had benn ran over by a car and it barely worked, and i liked it better than this phone! it turns off randomly, battery is veeerrry short it is soooooo slow when you first turn it on (takes a bout 10 minutes before you can do anything) i would never recomend this phone to anyone, not even the devil hahaha and i hate the devil

This phone is the worst phone ever!! It is just like the other replys state, it drops calls, shuts off when it wants to, basically for a left handed person, and it's (2G) not capable to work on a 3G network, which now everything is 3G!!! Please don't get this phone!!! You will have problems that the tech support dept can't figure out!!!

This is quite possibly the worst excuse for a telecommunication device I have ever used. Perhaps it was thrown together using spare-parts on the workshop floor at the end of the day. The touch-screen is merely a novelty for dialling numbers. Clunky, unwieldy, and severely lacking in useful features, this phone is nothing more than a (somewhat) pretty piece of shiny plastic. I returned the Neon the same day I got it, in favour of my very old Nokia flip-phone that has stood up to years of abuse - something I doubt the Neon would be capable of at all.

Do not get this phone!
First of all, the LCD is VERY fragile. If you drop it or even place it on a table from a small height it'll break. LG knows about this and won't do anything about it, they'll charge you to replace the screen. (I hear that they might have a class action lawsuit about this)
Second, you can't set your ring tone on it unless you the MP3 is DRM certified.
Lastly, the Phone says it has Touch Screen, but only when you dial a number. It doesn't work with any application that on the phone. What a deception.

I dont see what all of you peoples problems are, ive had my neon for over 3 months, use it all the time to talk and text, and have never experienced it turn off by itself. The only thing i dont like about the phone is that the battery only lasts about 2 days and the operating system is a bit slow and when texting a 4 page or longer message it freezes up some and leaves out letters, other than that it is a great phone. Though i am looking forward to getting a samsung solstice.

this phone realllyy sucks I have it since what..october... and it keeps on shutting down by itself! its crap to be honest..yes it has a good camera and yes its easy to text with, buttt no good!
