I love this phone but the only complaint I have is the internet button. It is the select/internet button so if you press it when ur not selecting ok you go to the internet which is expensive. And thats really annoying. Other than that this is a great phone for texting, listening to music, taking and viewing pictures etc.

To all of you who keep posting problems with LG NEON. I got this phone from fido a while back in May, and I must say I got none of these problems you have all mentioned. My NEON work perfect and I love the easy keyboard usage. There is a draw back to the batteries life, but it only drains a lot more if you keep sliding it out often. The other problem is due to the size of the screen it did be hard when viewing documents. For the price of this phone, this is what you get so don't expect more. To those who think is like a toy then get the black color! I must say that the screen is sharp so great for wallpaper! If you get it as a contract phone the mp3 to ring tone is locked. If you buy it as a gsm phone then you can use mp3 as ring tone. Anyhow I love the NEON and have been using it specially when it comes to texting. (:

Had two replacements, all turned off on their own after 2 months of use. All were slow at processing information. Terrible Phone.

i dont think the phone is that bad it is small and full keyboard good performance never froze up on me or anything the only problem is that the battery dont last a long time about a 4 out of 5

This phone really suck! I had to exchange twice and still have the same problem. You have to charge the phone everyday. The battery dose not last no more then 9hours. And it turn off by itself a lot which is annoying because you can miss a lot of calls.
