This was the first phone I ever had, and for the first year or so I was generally happy despite the slowness, the battery life, the annoying calibration, and the small memory space. Then after 11 months or so?, I started having problems. The phone was continuously becoming slower and slower and it was started to get on my nerves if I had to do something quickly. The internet was absolutely awful. I couldn't go on any other websites aside from Facebook. The phone would freeze and turn off and such, which really annoyed me. Then, my phone fell into a river. I was horrified. It wouldn't turn on, even after I left it on the radiator for a week. For about three months I had to use a brick phone, which really got me appreciating the LG! However one night I decided to try the LG and see if it would turn on. Sure enough, it did! I was sooo relieved. I have to admit, the phone is very resilient! I'm not the most careful of people! I've dropped it, thrown it and sat on it but it has continued working!
Even so, I would NOT recommend buying this phone. It makes you wary and annoyed. I must admit I can't wait to get rid of this phone.

Lost my battery can someone please tell me what battery is needed have tried all places even 3 (completly usless) no has one to fit.

I find the phone crappy to handle and there's certainly almost no support with it and as for the Pc suite and trying to find drivers, well I'll not even consider one of these again, pure rubbish.

I've had 2 of these now, It has a great camera even though NO flash,& phones software and internet are good. Both phones had problems with the screen. 1st wouldn't calibrate so if you pressed 1 you'd get a 4 instead, it made the phone useless. Replacement phone - predictive txt (T9) stopped working. Then even though it was just in my pocket in protective sleeve the screen cracked inside. screen to large for a thin plastic surround.

I have this phone and I haven't had a problem with it, clearly not many of you have this product. Very simple to use the camera is good and using the net on it is good. I realise it's not an Iphone but it does similar functions and is an excellent cheap alternative.

I cant be doing with this phone anymore... the touch screen is inaccurate and often switches languages while texting, it holds very little texts and takes ages to load applications such as the music player.
It has no flash or zoom and didnt come with a USB cable so to me, the camera function is utterly useless.
Messages randomly appear in the middle of my inbox rather than at the top.
Another seriously annoying problem is that i have messages in my outbox with the status 'sending' and when i try to cancel or delete, even after saying 'deleted' the messages wont budge.
Perhaps im unlucky and have a faulty handset, but im going to try my hardest to get a new phone asap, i cant be on contract with this phone much longer.
