I have this phone for one year. Now I have big problems: bluetooth does not always work. Battery is not weak. Now sometimes it just go off even battery is full. Do not buy.

I've had nothing but problems with this phone. I've had to have the screen replaced 3 times after the touchscreen failed. Then the camera wouldn't work, then the message centre screwed up, now I've just dropped it in a toilet and it won't even turn on. I tried to get all the files out of the memory via USB, only for the inside of the jack to snap. Now I'm stuck with some shitty phone, which just acts as a sealed tomb for all contacts, videos, games and photos. The loss of photos is the worst. They were irreplaceable photos of my dead baby boy.

Its amazing I've had no problams woth it and I've had is for about 2 years now , you should buy this a bargain of £80 pounds I would get it if I was you crappy £200 pund phone , who needs them

had mine for almost two years & never had a problem with it.
Screen works far better than most even my other half has no problem with it which pleases her as she can't use any of the capacitive screens at all.
Over all a good phone, it may not have thousands of "apps" available but it has plenty of tools & if all you want to do is make & receive calls text & a bit of internet who needs rubbish that tells you the ambient temperature of Everest?

I've had mine for less than a year and had it repaired twice and i'm still not satisfied with it.I get so annoyed with it.

This was the first phone I ever had, and for the first year or so I was generally happy despite the slowness, the battery life, the annoying calibration, and the small memory space. Then after 11 months or so?, I started having problems. The phone was continuously becoming slower and slower and it was started to get on my nerves if I had to do something quickly. The internet was absolutely awful. I couldn't go on any other websites aside from Facebook. The phone would freeze and turn off and such, which really annoyed me. Then, my phone fell into a river. I was horrified. It wouldn't turn on, even after I left it on the radiator for a week. For about three months I had to use a brick phone, which really got me appreciating the LG! However one night I decided to try the LG and see if it would turn on. Sure enough, it did! I was sooo relieved. I have to admit, the phone is very resilient! I'm not the most careful of people! I've dropped it, thrown it and sat on it but it has continued working!
Even so, I would NOT recommend buying this phone. It makes you wary and annoyed. I must admit I can't wait to get rid of this phone.

I find the phone crappy to handle and there's certainly almost no support with it and as for the Pc suite and trying to find drivers, well I'll not even consider one of these again, pure rubbish.

I've had 2 of these now, It has a great camera even though NO flash,& phones software and internet are good. Both phones had problems with the screen. 1st wouldn't calibrate so if you pressed 1 you'd get a 4 instead, it made the phone useless. Replacement phone - predictive txt (T9) stopped working. Then even though it was just in my pocket in protective sleeve the screen cracked inside. screen to large for a thin plastic surround.
