General usability issues/touch friendliness: No, the phone isn't the most touch-friendly thing out of the box but the great thing about using Windows Mobile is that it is so customizable. There is probably a program written to do what you want it to do. I've been able to get mine very touch friendly.
Overall design: I love the look of this phone, I've gotten lots of comments on it in the past month. I haven't had any problems with the case creaking like some have mentioned.
So, the overall review: Great phone, solid and sleek design, great call quality, very customizable. If you want something with no learning curve then this phone isn't for you. If you want a very powerful PDA with a phone and don't mind "getting your hands dirty" under the hood then go for it.

This phone has a Bad @ss gps chip it goes through 3 floors into the basement and I get 7 sats?? WTH.. my Navigon dedicated gps doesn't even do that.

this phone is not that good because i personally had one.. i had nothing but trouble with it..touch screen will not work.. shutts of by itself.. and so much more..

this phone is terrible. i had it and wifi didnt work (att didnt help either), everything was slow as hell, the stylus was cumbersome, and the screen is very unresponsive. flick scrolling in areas that allow you to is generally lagged out or delayed beyond anything (again, slow). LG, terrible phone. (also the build quality is bad. the cover i had creaked constantly. the only good thing was the call quality.

I looked forward to getting this phone for so long, it was a big mistake getting it, if u like to text do not got it, ive had it for 1 week and the touch response time is delayed and after i push a botton it either takes forever or i have to push it 10 times, i payed way to much to be dissapointed with it.

This phone is not bad like everyone says it is. I actually happen to love my phone and i've had no problems with. Texting is a little difficult but everything else makes up for it.
