Though I asked one personnel of LG if the one they have in the store is the Snapdragon 410 variant and he said that it is. I have reservations befire in Mediatek devices but so far the device is good.
My newly-bought LG K10 does not recognize the any of the 16 and 32 gb micro SD cards I have. The k10 cannot even format them. Can somebody help me?
STYLO, 10 Mar 2016Actually, here in Europe is Lollipop 5.1.1 out of box (K420n model) with Snapdragon 410 InsideIn other markets, the model no. is K430-DSY with a faster octa core processor (Mediatek MT6753) and 2 GB of RAM, shipped with Android 6.0. I wonder why LG released a downgraded K10 in Europe....
some markets have the 1.14 GHz MT6753 edition with 2GB RAM, and the model no. is K430-DSY, which is not mentioned here in gsmarena. Please update this information. Seems like the K430-DSY version is the best version of the LG K10. Some markets have the slower SD410 with 1GB RAM. That is a total waste.
If you're buying this phone, get the K430-DSY with Octa core and 2GB RAM. Otherwise, dont buy.

K10 is far far better than j5 heck it's far better than j7, don't believe negative comments saying Samsung is better, I own a j5 and it sucks worst phone with an awful price tag. Lg magna is better than j5, Planning to buy the Lg V10 next.
I'm from the Philippines and recently bought it, this is one awesome and sexy phone, gaming performance is awesome with its 2gb ram along with its octa core, doesn't heat up. Camera is a real upgrade from Lg G4 stylus (stylus camera sucks I owned one too), k10 camera front and back is good. Battery life is good. And finally it has LTE. The free lg cover looks really good, looks similar too lgs new flagship the V10. Good job LG

denzab, 22 Mar 2016Moto G 3rd Gen or LG K10?
If its the Moto g 1gb RAM version against LG K10, the LG wins hands down.

RobotPotato, 22 Mar 2016Thanks for the reply. Well, 5+ hours is plenty enough. But if you use it continuously with mobile data on, it only gets more than 3hrs of battery life and SoT. :-|
