I just received KE500 as a gift and my multimedia feature was not working too. However, I called my cell phone carrier and they were able to activate the feature.

i had this fone for almost a year n some1 stole it bout a mth ago they're so lame cuz its not even that gud .n yea its a really quiet fone nd i doh know its not that gud lol...i also dont like the quality of the pictures n i use to always have it charging

ive had this phone for over a year , the battery lasts about a day if you text and listen to music sometimes you need to charge it twice in a day. I wouldnt recomend it for being loud either it is a quiet phone my camera works perfectly though. No problems about that.I would say it is ok and give it 2and a half stars out of 5. i wasnt impressed as it is quite slow and doesnt accept themes.

i have had this phone for a couple of months and con not stand it. i dont know if it is my service but i do not recieve multi media messages and my camra and video camra has stoped working. please respond and let me know if you are having the same problems.

@ Maha please man write normally so we can understand and reply. Its really hard to read and understand what you are saying.

My wife has this phone for over a month now. Rumors about hanging up are not true. She talks about 40 minutes daily and never complained about her phone hanging up or restarting. Battery lasts 2-3 days which fits in the specifications margins.

Overall its a good phone. You get 176x220 screen and 2 megapixel camera for a price of some other manufacturer low-end phone. Java works without problem, installed various games and apps. Glossy finish is nice, but as side effect leaves to many fingerprints that are clearly visible. The body is stiff and the slide works perfectly.

It seems that LG has finally sorted out Java and bluetooth problems, they work as they are supposed to. Have transfered JAR files over bluetooth, USB Data Cable, downloaded online and the phone was happy to install and run them. You can finally send any file over bluetooth and it pairs with dongles and BT headsets flawlessly.

You simply cannot find better phone for that price (including suspicious cect phones) and it certainly has my recommendation.

cn any one honestly suggest me should i go 4 it or nt.i have read almost all d reviews nd discovered dat most of d people r nt happy as they complain abt its low bettery , sound is low, it freezes or stucks so offently , its 2 slow and so on.............
bt i just dont know i have a crash on this set as it looks v sweet nd itd price is reasonable 2. i am really v puzzeled WAT TO DO SHOULD I BUY IT OR NT...
its v shameful for LG if this is set is having so many problems in real becaz in 110 review hardly 20 buyers were happy from it............
BT STILL MY QUESTION IS THERE PLZ GIVE ME A HONEST SUGGESTION AS I CANNT AFFORD A PROBLEMATIC CELL

Remove micro sd card from phone
Place into pc via adapter
open sd card folder
you should see the following folders:
Images
Sounds
Videos Others
Place what you want in the respective folders.
If you dont see these folders when you place sd card in pc then redo the process.

place whatever file you want in the respective folders. NB- put games in others.

Like the style of the phone very much, its easy to use - but the battery is very poor, have to charge constantlely, sound is very low cant hear texts or calls when in my bag. Cant use your own music as a text alert no choice here. Also had the problem like someone else I just read, that some of your contacts when they ring their name comes up as unknown! why is this also sometimes i have known the ringtone i have chosen has changed! and I have to reset it again quite a few dissapointments with this phone.

On my lg it no longer shows me my files , music, wdeos and photos and on my memory card it used to work but all of a sudden it just stopped working. And i know its there because when i check it on the pc its shows my file and im currently using on of the songs for alarm.
