I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!
ive had it for a long time and ever since day 1 ive had tons of problems with it.
for one, the battery life sucks.i charge it at night and it dies by five in the afternoon. i also have a problem with the picture messaging. also i bought a 2 GB memory card for it and i got music on it but when i put it in my phone NOTHING HAPPENS!!! other things include poor service EVERYWHERE and internet browsing. if anyone can help me with this please email me at auburncornerback24@yahoo.com. I SRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY THIS PHONE!!!

This fone sucks.. this is da most disappointing handset i hav ever tried.. it doesnt hav battery back up.. i charge it everday in da mornin and by 5 in da eve it goes off.LG claims that this handset is compatible wid 2 gb card. am using a 1 gb card and the handset takes lotsa time to open the folders. am not able to get any call while i am using gprs thru this.. ITS WORTH NOTHING.. i have thrown it and u ppl do the same too..

It sucks!i bought it 145 euro on 22 of april and today 29 of may still has problem with the battery.It's very poor!poor poor poor!!!From th e first day the battery last only 1 day,without using it very long.i went to the service center twice and the told me that it has no problem the battery.From the posts that i read here i understand that the problem is that lg batteries have poor life.

i had this phone for 1 month, but it has tonnes of problems.....like the message from outside state ie STD sometimes doesnt come and sometimes it comes for 3 to 4 times.they get the delievery report but they dont get the message.when i send message it goes 1 time only and they receive it for a time but its only in receiving messages........TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHERES THE PROBLEM..................

Have had this phone for 2 months but i'm getting another. It has poor battery life and the reception stinks. Can't get my calls in my office. I'm being laughed at by my friend who owns a motorola C139 which gets better reception than my phone. Needless to say I laughed at him when he got the cheap phone. How embarrassing!!

i have just got the ke500 phone, after adding the softwear from the disc, I could not work out the sync system either, but if you plug in your phone via usb, go to my computer and go into the removable drive that your usb to linked too, this brings up folders marked images, sound,videos, others and games & apps. shrink that window, then go into my documents select your music or photo folder, this will bring up everything that you have the thoses folders, select a song and drag it over to the sound folder in your removable drive window that is already opened, then click on to that sound folder, and you should see that the song track now appears in your phone sound folder of your phone, this also can be done for images and videos, not sure about games as I did'nt have any to transfer over. hope this helps.

i try to down load few song s from my PC through the bluetooh ,phone has 60MB internal memory but it dosen't work properly i don't no why,i think my n111oi phone better than this

i got this phone at 10am this morning..its is now 6.30PM and i am STILL sitting at pc trying to work the sync thingy,,,i have windows XP and enough space on pc (as advised) and NOTHING ,the sync programme comes up but wont do anything,says its not connected to a phone when it IS,have tried two different USB leads have reinstalled programme about a million times,the so called help manual is awful its about as helpful as a teenage cashier at the supermarket...my son had an LG chocolate and he couldnt use the sync programme with that so worked out a way to do it without,now he cant remember !!!! this really is starting to make me want to go out and make all LG staff listen to the greatest hits of "busted"until their ears bleed,not impressed that i spent 70 quid on a phone i cant use properly gggrrr
having said that i have the silver one and its pretty sexy looking,just wish i could do the sync thing

Can anyone please let me know how can i listen music through bluetooth headset with this mobile???
when am i trying to play an MP3 and selecting the option 'listen via blutooth' it starts searching and disconnect later on. if anyone can help pls mail me at- nilnod@gmail.com
