sir, i am not satisfied to get LG KE500 in the phone there are more problem. it switched of and not started till two days. please give the LG service autorised centre to repair it. i want to repair my phone thanks

I'm extremely dissapointed.I bought the LG KE 500 and in 2 days it froze. They replaced it in two weeks and it's been working fine up until now (it's been 2 months).I switched it off to charge it and when i switch it back on it freezes. LG should just stick making to fridges and microwaves.

I am very dissappointed with this phone,i purchased it and after 7 days it just froze on me,i took the phone back for an exchange,the customer service at the store (virgin mobile) was very poor,they said the only thing they can do repairs which can only be done in 28 days,HOW RIDICULOUS,this is definately the last lg phone im owning,their phones look so good with very poor quality.

I use 1GB card. But there is some fake in system of this phone. When you copy mp3 into sound catalogs more then 5 then it saw only 5 catalogs.

I got one of these before Xmas and so far so good. Was a little worried about the battery life only being stated at around 3 days but I get 5 out of mine quite easliy. In reply to Mixtrixx below, the LG KG800 may have 128mb of memory compared to the KE500's 60mb but the KE500 has expandable memory whereas the LG KG800 doesn't.

Gorlfriend got one of these for Xmas. The phone in my opinion aint to bad, though the only gripe I have about it, is that you need small fingers to use the directional pad! Another downside is that it came with only 64MB of Memory!! Which is quite bad condisdering My LG KG800 Chocolate came with 128MB of Memory, yet it's a Year Older.
You can install Music and Games to the Phone quite easily using the Data Cable Supplied and the LG Contents Bank Software, tho this was not included with the other LG Software on the Disc that Came with My GF's KE500.

I got the Silver Version and it is much nicer than the black, i bought this phone and i think its amazing but theres only one problem....the camera is so dark and i turned up the brightness and slash and its still very dark. Does anyone know hot to fix this....and yes i took the see throught plastic of the back :P

Am I the only one who hear some high pitch hiss and random squeaky noise in the background that are very soft? I haven't noticed it with Samsung (T309 and T729 Blast) in the same settings.

The phones Pretty much worth every paisa i paid for it and mebe more.
Price For Functions/looks is best in market.
IS there any way to make the call record funtion record more than 30s ??

I personally love this phone, I have the black one so i do not know what the silver looks like.
The only problem I have had with it was that I locked it and i couldn't turn it back on, but all they did at the store was switch my SIM Card. I love using it, it's one of the best phones I've had and I've had alot.
