I think call dropping and signals fading are more to do with the network provider and the area you are in then the phone it self. I'm really stuck atm. I need to get my dad a basic LG phone and im stuck between this one and the LG KG195. Any one help?

my lg shine doesnt ring loud i get the volume more its turned right up but ring low

I want to ask why can\'t I download songs into my phone. I tried doing all the steps, but when I am done downloading and I check the MP3 folder or songs, there is not one song that went in. Yes, the memory status shows that there has been an add on, but still I can\'t even retrieve any song? HElp Please!

i have this phone since a year and i don't have any problem with it, except for the signal. I went to Europe (and i live in america) with this phone without any problem. It's all good. I mean for my everyday use, it works really good, more than the old dinosaur nokia that takes crappy pictures. MP3 is good, sound is good, color is good. The only bad thing is the signals finders and the short battery lasting. I recommend this phone for people who only need it for everyday normal use. For those who need GPS,long lasting MP3 player, all options included, digital color - picture, games, super power keys for texting and so on and so on....well it's not for you cause you ll say that it s crap. (and it's not, it's just have all the basic options). You pay for the price heh.

It's good for appearance only.i have a problem,i never connect internet on my PC throgh the phone,error msg came pls install modem,any one pls guide me.

pls ma question is,
if receieve a txt message from a friend who contact is in phone book, his/her name is not appearing on the txt only the number,
and also i cant change my message alte.
my phone becomes hot with am chargering and at the same time talking on it.
pls can u help me out

hey does anyone know how to change the message alerts for sms? are you able to use mp3's for the sms alerts?

I just bought my KE770 like 2 weeks ago and it keeps turning on and off. Idk what happened. Ir won't even stay on for like a minute. And when it shows the display it keeps trying to go to factory settings it seems like. I have the warranty information but it's not in english. Can anyone help and let me know what to do or who to contact? LG offices in America won't help me. Or if there is anything I can do to the phone to make it stop this. Thanks
