i have a lg ke770 shine and all three buttons in the middle fell off, it is very soft, but when you put the ear phones in it is fine(loud) connection very bad, wish i hadnt bought it. i only have my phone for a year and the buttons fell off, how bad is that

OMG! Looks can be deceiving! I agree you can't signal at all... I have to use the earpiece all the time. Especially when there is all ways bad signal, I just put the earpiece in. I wish I would have seen this website earlier.!

dont believe this product!!!! dont try to use this, very bad. i very regret...signal is very bad, receive sms n call very difficult. wait sms until 20 hours

OMG...this phone is so cute...I just ordered one from amazon.com and I wasn't sure if I had made the right choice but now I am so happy. It is so pretty but I would like to know if it true that the speakers are very low? However I've already purchased it, so....YES!!! I'm pretty sure its the right choice.

Resetting your KE-770 Shine to Factory Default Setting
1.Turn on phone.
2.On home Screen
3.Type 2945#*#
4.ENG. Mode menu should appear.
5.Go Down to Factory Reset. Select it. May take a few minutes to reset!
6.This will reset the phone back to original setting. ( Warning! This will delete contacts stored in system memory, multimedia files and installed program not included in the factory default programs. Memory card will not be affected.)
7.The phone will automatically restart (the network logo at start up will not change).
8.The phone is now unlocked if locked and you can customize the setting as you like.
9.Default security and LMT code restored to 0000

Hi. Wonder if someone can help me. I've lost the user manual and need to know that default security code for the phone when a new SIM is put in. It's along the line of 00000... not quite sure. Thanks.

I bought this phone but too bad... crazy glue is lousy and everything came out... i better bye a Nokia ExpressMusic at least this year in 2009 DEC

u guys can't use 3 sim with this phone coz the network locked their sim to use with another phone. if u want to use, u have to call customer care to unlock ur sim to use with the phone.

i think this phone is great but not the best i surtanly recomend it. It's down sides are the camera and the sound but overall it is great phone. it cosmetic side is very good so i will recomand it to u

i bought this phone for about 7 month. the reason i buy this phone is i love this phone because it's very stylish. but now i'm a little disappointed with this phone. coz when we on the camera mode, there is a line. but for all, i satisfied with this phone. coz it;s very stylish phone
