pls ma question is,
if receieve a txt message from a friend who contact is in phone book, his/her name is not appearing on the txt only the number,
and also i cant change my message alte.
my phone becomes hot with am chargering and at the same time talking on it.
pls can u help me out

hey does anyone know how to change the message alerts for sms? are you able to use mp3's for the sms alerts?
plsssss...help!the sms tone provided is so boringggg....

I just bought my KE770 like 2 weeks ago and it keeps turning on and off. Idk what happened. Ir won't even stay on for like a minute. And when it shows the display it keeps trying to go to factory settings it seems like. I have the warranty information but it's not in english. Can anyone help and let me know what to do or who to contact? LG offices in America won't help me. Or if there is anything I can do to the phone to make it stop this. Thanks

I seem to love the LG KE770 the pictures turn out great and the sound is loud..Ive had mine for 5years now and maybe its time for me to give it up.

i have a lg ke770 shine and all three buttons in the middle fell off, it is very soft, but when you put the ear phones in it is fine(loud) connection very bad, wish i hadnt bought it. i only have my phone for a year and the buttons fell off, how bad is that

OMG! Looks can be deceiving! I agree you can't signal at all... I have to use the earpiece all the time. Especially when there is all ways bad signal, I just put the earpiece in. I wish I would have seen this website earlier.!

OMG...this phone is so cute...I just ordered one from amazon.com and I wasn't sure if I had made the right choice but now I am so happy. It is so pretty but I would like to know if it true that the speakers are very low? However I've already purchased it, so....YES!!! I'm pretty sure its the right choice.

Resetting your KE-770 Shine to Factory Default Setting
1.Turn on phone.
2.On home Screen
3.Type 2945#*#
4.ENG. Mode menu should appear.
5.Go Down to Factory Reset. Select it. May take a few minutes to reset!
6.This will reset the phone back to original setting. ( Warning! This will delete contacts stored in system memory, multimedia files and installed program not included in the factory default programs. Memory card will not be affected.)
7.The phone will automatically restart (the network logo at start up will not change).
8.The phone is now unlocked if locked and you can customize the setting as you like.
9.Default security and LMT code restored to 0000
