I was looking for a small cheap phone, a year and a half ago. And i found it in the KE820. Up till now it peformed great as a phone.
Pro: Small, stylish good soundquality, not expensive;
Cons: Userinterface, strange headset/charger arangement, sometimes the bluetooth-connection hampers, no gadgets. All in all, I'm happy with the choice I made, but i am starting to look for its replacement.

Are you using it as an unupported handset in the US market? If so, the picture messaging feature will fail.

I've had this phone now for about 2 years. I have loved this phone dearly, it did exactly as I needed. But sadly, it's now gone to phone heaven. It randomly reboots now and I have no way or do not know of a way to hard reset the unit. be advise I am brutal on my phones and for this one to last this long, I am impressed!! I have an unlocked one and am on T-mobile USA. These are the pros and cons;
Pros: Slim design(fits anywhere, no bulges) MP3 player, Radio, sms mms
cosmetically, the leather case that comes with this is of an amazing quality, can't complain here
Cons: Takes a bit of time to boot, internet is slow, camera takes dark photos, video record is blurry, the flash isn't anything to write home about.
in closing, if you need a phone for what a phone should be; to make Calls, then this is the phone for you, slim, fits anywhere and has an amazing reception for it's size.
