i love this phone the only thing i dislike is how the zero pound and star sign is on the right but other than that great phone!

Love the look of this phone. Very sleek. I love how the keys look like a checkerboard. Fancy. Don't like the tracker ball, or whatever its called. I would rather have navigational Keys.

Put all musics in MP3 folder, not subfolders, and press the MP3 button on the phone.

I plan to purchace a new LG KE820 by way of ebay. Have read recent complaints that at&t/cingular sim cards create an error message which prevents the phone from working properly. If this is correct, how can I prevent this frm occuring?

to set a picture for a contact calling, you have to take it from the phone. the picture has to be shot from the phone camera

i forgot but if you want to use a picture from your computer as a photo ID how does that work again? it keeps on showing up "unsupported"

i've been debating wether i should buy this phone or not. my service provider is T-Mobile and i was reading the comments made by people who have the same provider as me and they seem like they love it. i was wondering if the phone setting can be set to english and if it came with a english mannual? cuz some people were saying they couldn't find one. so basically is it hard to program without the english mannual on hand?
