i had my ke970 since feb. 08. and yesterday it died on me. i dont know if its the phone or the battery. i tried to charged it and try to turn on the phone but i wouldnt turn on. has this happen to anyone before?

When i in profiles (loud) set to play some ringtone, it changes when someone is callin' me, and ringtone is low, when someone is callin' me, but if I press the up or down arrows at the right, it starts loud, but it stops on other calls... help me, please...

The profiles are adjustable.
Go onto profiles,choose the profile, personalise, then chose ring tones and ring volumes

Hey guys i just bought it and it's awesome much better than my nokia 5300.
Averything is top class.
And my friends like it alot they think it's a smartphone :-)
I just want to ask how to increase the speaker volume.
Which equaliser set is loud.
I.ve tried doing every possible thing but whenever i play the music even i can hardly play this.
Please help me.
