camera should be atleast 10 megapixel,

This phone is outstanding. The comments posted on here about the battery not lasting long is kind of odd, I put my viewty to the test, I charged my phone to the full extent, and that was 2 days ago, and to my suprise it still has 2 bars remaining, I dont know if I just got lucky and got a good one, but my battery is sure holding up. I work for Samsung, Yes I know, I should have a Samsung phone but no, anyway, sometimes the phone company needs to hit quotas and make the phone techs work quite abit and fast to keep up with the orders, so sometimes the phone techs hurry and half do the jobs needed to fix and test out the phones, after the phone is built they go through testings, such as, the touch screen, the camera, the video camera, the ring tones, etc. People get lazy at work.. so the people who say the battery sucks or what ever just got a half assed made and tested phone..

I also have ATNT and want a Viewty, I spoke to ATNT and they told me it would work on their network despite the lack of 850mHZ. So I ordered one, they were wrong, it wouldn't work, they comped me two months bill for my trouble and being out the money of the restocking fee when I had to send the phone back. I have yet to find the US version of the phone, but if and when I do, I want to buy one. I honestly don't know if LG has even released the 850 band model yet.

However, we don’t carry the US version with the 850 MHz frequency." After I asked that question, they are no longer selling that phone.. or they me be editing the page. I don't know if anyone has the US version or if it exists.

to all of you looking for phones with good cameras, i would recomend the sony ericsson k810i i haven't had any play time with the viewty but i personaly think that the 3.2 mp camera is amazing, the flash is great and the auto focus and the stabilizer is great, and you also get a ton of other options

can someone please tell what are the actual gsm bands for this phone? many sites just say it has 900 1800 1900. i am in the states and i have at&t and want the KE990 but i am not sure what to do. please help, thank you

I like this phone,...the advantage of this phone is the lens cover, and the xenon flash,... and this phone is for countries where there is not 3G coverage,...

I want to buy a lg ke990 but i here that the battery is rubbish (is it true) and can the lg ku990 battery work in it and will it make a differnce.

I want to purchase this phone but now sure if I want to get the ku990 or the ke990 version.

This site says the ke990 supports the 850 frequency and I know that frequency works much better than the 900.

My questions are does the ke990 really have the 850 frequency and does everyone have a problem with the battery?

well the lg ku990 is alot better than the ke990 because the ke990 has no video call camera and it isnt actually as good as the real viewty

My boyfriend has this phone and as with so many of the other comments on here the battery is rubbish. It needs to be charged daily and the fact that there is no in car charger doesn't help. Recently we went to morocco on holiday and I felt the pictures on my sony ericsson w880i were far superior to his (and he's a professional photographer). Disappointing.

does your batery go down as quickly as mine?
I have the phone for 1 week, and it discharging every day..

hey people, i was all set 2 buy ke990 ba den i saw da reviews n they r kind of mixed, wt m really confused about is da battery life, can u ppl tell me how long it lasts on stand by n how much if i haf 2 talk for continous 2/3 hours, i mean sum ppl r sayin its gud n sum r sayin it lasts 3 hours :S so plz help :)

Orange team is least helpful as they insisted and only swapped the phone for another Viewty.. we have been to Orange thrice, got fed up by their lack of understanding, and now the phone is back in the tomb of its original box and my husband is using is good old RAZR V3i !!

i have the KE990, best phone i've ever had (and i've had a few) love the camera that's on it too it's great! it's very similar to the KU990 the only thing i think that the KU 990 has that this one doesn't is the "video calling" camera in the front the phone... and there's a shutter for the camera where the KU might not have one but not sure...
