Hi,
Is the confirm button on the touch pad illuminated? From the pictures in the review showing the phone in the dark, you can't see the button at all...

Go on to the review of the U900 Soul and Secret and then go to the audio quality section, then compare the two phones graphs. All audio qaulity test done by GSMarena are done through the headphone jack - its not a loundspeaker test. But hey in the end it doesnt really matter there both great phones.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-06-07 15:19 from mprethere are no comparisons in audio quality of these two phones, sorry i should have said 'personally'as i own both, and i do mean while using earphones not using the phones speaker. go check out some in depth reviews of the soul, u will find as far as fashion phones go the souls audio quality is leading. as far pic quality goes again go check out some reviews. soul is again leader in the 5mp segment as far as fashion phones go.

Look at the audio graphs in both reviews, the secret has clearly better audio quality and if u compare the photo quality between both phones the U900 Soul doesnt rly do better than the secret, but hey we'll have to wait for a U900 Soul vs Secret megapixle face off, if there is ganna be one.

> In reply to [deleted post]tough question.. all are nice phones, the LG secret and the soul are very similar tho..personally id go the soul and its a bit cheaper too. i think the secret is female version of the soul so u might like the design of the LG more. only real difference is souls got better image/picture quality, secret has better video quality. souls got a slightly better audio player too so if ya listen mp3s on ya ph take that into consideration...thats pretty much it.

Got my Secret today. Nice build quality. The touchscreen isn't great though, can't drag webpages or photos about (or google maps), you have to use the touchkeys instead. Screen is kinda small for viewing standard web pages. Slide answers and ends calls fine though. DL speeds don't seem great in 3G areas though more testing needed. Volume and setting options seem fine. Camera ok so far, video is good for a phone. Flash can't be used as a torch (I think), but is very bright in the instant it is on. Fingermarks are a problem, but that's the same with most phones now

i tried this in a shop and didn't think much of it, response to navigation presses was slow and not very intuitive.

you have to make sure that you assign the ringtone and pic to the contact on the phone and not on the sim card.
make sure you save changes before exiting. hope this helps

I dont know if i am doing anything wrong but i just had my secret and i do like it but ecverytime i try and assign a photo to caller id or ringtone when i go back into it what i have done is not there in there contact details and advice where i going wrong with this??

Wanted to buy Nokia 6220C, but now maybe should i buy this one ? What i like with Nokia is on line software update, and all the applications available. But Secret looks so much better...Which one has better video, because they are both VGA 30fps (video of 6220C is the same as N82)?

re: divx playback as per specs it says it can handle 640x480 resolution. what happens when you play something beyond that? Does it play slowly or does it refuse to play at all?
