i think this looks brill. another cool phone from LG. i like my viewty. so this is another good looker. and thin as well. cant wait to see it in shops in the uk. to have a play with.

This phone has just Good Camera , nothing else.
No high speed internet like Nokia cell phones, No Wireless Lan & poor Colours [just 256k Nokia always give 16 million colours].
Nokia Is the Best!

CRAP! I just noticed this phone does not have 850mhz on it. AKA, you won't be able to use this phone with any 850mhz GSM cellular provider. At&t is both 850mhz and 1900mhz. I tested it out with a phone without 850mhz and i only got one bar of service instead of five. So unless you want have the world's GSM coverage, I suggest you get a different phone.

as i havnt test them buy myself i cant jodge between samsung u900 and this lovely baby yet . but in general samsung has put a very decent 5 MP cam in it's new device and its already tested buy GSM arena Techs. we better waite for the reviews to come and give the final word after that :-) but from list of Specs it is crystal clear that this new LG is to offer more from anything in comparison.

i think that this phone looks far more superior to the soul... i would choose this... as it is also nicer looking than the soul... and lg phones always have better cameras than samsung!

In many areas, a phone with only the 1900 frequency will receive only half the reception another phone receives with both 850 and 1900. LG chooses to provide its North American users with phones that can best be described as "disadvantaged" and "inferior."

yes, but wifi should be making it into every reasonably priced phone these days, just like bluetooth is.
People want to use MSN, go on their facebook, and send emails without having to pay for expensive GPRS or buy an iphone-type phone.

Why spend hundreds of dollars on a phone that is missing an essential frequency, 850, for those of us that live in North America? Clearly, LG does not consider optimal functionality of their devices (for something as important as signal strength and reception level) to be a high priority; therefore, their devices can be safely presumed to be low-end, and not worthy of any significant investment on the part of consumers.

Why people start to complain about no WLAN?? This is not the kind of phone to have WLAN, phones like prada and viewty should are the kind to have wifi, oh wait~~they didn't put wifi on those neither.;]

This phone will be great(btw, how the hell can u think this is meant to be a smartphone? Smart would imply business, but this phone is about style!)
