hey guys...!! ive owned dis phone for da past 5 months ..!! as many said if u treat da phone nicely it gives u a gr8 response...!! i seriously think dis phone is a awesome 1...!! i just hav few problems wid it ...!! but cn ignore dem wid da classy features it has..!! the camera is awesome gives u gr8 clarity da video 2 is awesome wid it slow n fast motion features. . . !! i dont knw y ppl r complaining abt its battery life..!! trust me it gives u a very gud battery life even wid sooo many features...!! n its right dat it swicthes off by itslef but dis happend 2 me very few tyms...!! but if ppl c u wid dis phone dey just go wow..!! dats da best part of it..!!

where can i repair my phone ? it is exactly the same as this :)) they say .. the board of the cellphone is the one damaged ..

ok..i already had this phone for about 8 month..

the major problem that i found is, there's some message in the outbox can't be delete. That message status kept on sending and even u pressed cancel button, it won't help

anyone facing the same problem here? got any solution?

The ouch pads have stoped responding to touch and cause of it cant do anything on teh phone. having the phone is like having no phone, all that works fine is recieving of making calls even messaging has become a pain. Im not enjoying teh phoen with this problem anymore and its only justover a year old.

i just bought a secret last month.. now it has a problem.. the touch pad thing cant work. just cant do anything with it..is it update the software then ok oredi???

Thought the KF750 Secret was the biz, looks and feels Top notch. Only problem is that with any memory card I put in the phone it whould not format or except or work with ??.This is my second,the first went to 02 to for repair.After a re-flash it came back with the same fault ??, sent of agian, then 1 mounth later 02 let me no my KF750 had been lost in transit and they had no more to replase it with so they gave me a U900 insted.I got another on ebay like new on 02 whitch is still in the box like new and I do not use.This one is just the same will not work with any memory card.I seem to be the only one with this problem.Dose any body no how to fix this fault and is there any body with this fault ??

i have this phone about month and i want say this phone rely makes you happy frome first time use its best than nokia phones i have tried th tow types and im glade to use lg mobile phones

i am using this phone for just 2 months.and so far its working fine..i am happy with its performance..though its a gift from my sister after she using its more 6 months or something like that..

I honestly don't understand how people can have so many issues with their phones. I've had this phone for nearly a year and a half, and it's absolutely fine. Though I do have a few small scratches on the glass, I'm quite satisfied with the phone and have no intention of replacing it soon.

Really, how careless can everyone be with these devices?

Had this phone for about 5 months and end up selling it at 1/4 of the original price. I bought it after I decided to ignore all the bad reviews of this phone coz its just so pretty. I thought everyone just can't take care of their phones and some people are just perfectionist who freak out over little problems. I mean no phone is perfect right??

But was I wrong!! It turns off by itself just over 1 month after I have it. But not a problem to me at first. I can just switch it back on. Then just over 2 months it started to do a lot more of switching itself off and most of the time I can't switch it back on just by pressing on the 'on' button. I have to remove and put the battery back in just to get it to switch on again. Then not long after, one of the touch navigation 'button' light starts to flicker. Its suppose to only light up when you touch it but by that time it won't turn back off. Just a month later, all 4 navigation lights don't turn off anymore. They still respond to touch though but the light was on all the time. and all of it flickers too. Oh, and the battery life is very poor, even it remained inactive for a whole day. The battery life seem to decrease exponentially. The first bar would take a long time to disappear, then the second half would disappear like half the time taken for the first bar to go and with the final bar its only a matter of minutes before the phone's dead.

If you treat it right, you should have no problems with it. I've had mine over a year now. I still have no scratches on the front of the phone, and everything still works to it's full capability. The only thing I did experience problems with, were that the right touch button actually stopped working for a period of about 2-3 months. However, after turning it off and on fairly frequently, it's actually returned back to it's full working order, and I now don't have any trouble with it. It's going to be sad to see if go when my contract expires.

Does this phone really that bad? I only see how disadvantageous it is through the comments. It is quite impossible to see that there is no compliment on this phone. Not to offend anyone, just my point of view. It's great if someone could point out the pros and cons, instead of only cons. Thk.

Shocking phone, had various issues after about 6 months. Then the scroll (touch) buttons stopped responding and the phone was all but useless.
Have gone to a iPhone 3Gs - best phone ever.

What's the meaning of tempered glass? It means the glass can stand for high pressure and won't crack even scratch is it? I own a KF750 for 5 days, only 5 days my glass cracked to millions of pieces!!! Is this call TEMPERED glass? Now I have to spend my own pocket money to replace the glass... And it makes my temper high!!!
