I used to have this mobile, and i can't tell you how disappointed in LG I am. nearly 10 of my friends had this phone, and after a year, no-one's phone is working properly. The touchpad lights going out, poor signal reception and poor build quaility overall. For me? mine stopped working after 3 months. Being a Korean, I used to have good image towards LG, but I sware it to you, I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PHONE AGAIN.

I've had the KF750 for 14 months now and I still maintain it's the most frustrating device I've ever owned.
1. Appalling reception capability. Last phone was on same network and was fine. If you have less than full reception in your area don't even consider.
2. Touch keys are fiddly and it's very easy to press the wrong one. I usually start saving an SMS to drafts at least once when writing.. (no, I don't have fat fingers)
3. Key lag is terrible. Never sure whether Ive pressed the touch key properly or its just hanging.
4. Camara is useless in dark or bright situations.
5. As mentioned, support is non-existent. It's as if this model was never released for the UK.
6. Most times I switch it on I get a 'broken phone init' message for about a minute, before anything works.
7. Message system frequently fails to initialise properly, leaving the phone unable to send, view, or compose messages for an arbitrary length of time (worst case has been over 2 hours)
I can't express how many times have I wanted to throw the thing under a moving train to save myself the headache.
Unless you're a teenager who wants to impress mates with the admittedly slick looks of the phone, DO NOT BUY.

been using secret for more than a year. still my favourite phone ever. the best thing is that it support many many languages well...arabic, mandarin, english and bahasa...got a difficulty to find any phone with arabic so far in singapore...so thumbs up!!
also heard some bad remarks from some other secret owners...mayb u got a defective lot:-)too bad.

I've been using LG Secret for few weeks, and would like to point out some lowlight.
1.Short battery life. I have to charge it every night, i'm talking > 2 hours + some sms + some game. But it is ok for a thin battery. The batter lifespan is also good.
2.Poor sunlight legibility. If you always work under the sun, this phone is no no, you cant see anything under sunlight, otherwise is not big issue.
3.Glossy front panel is a fingerprint magnet. To me is not big problem.
4.Weird battery indicator. Full battery in 3 bar. First bar gone means 70% battery finish. 2nd bar gone means 5% left and the phone is shotting down soon.
5.Call waiting activation not functioning. Tested with 3 same model phones. Anyway, you can activate this with diff phone then put back the SIM card.
Generally OK.

Hi my phone company can't seem to get internet on my phone.... the settings are there but its not browsing or getting on the internet. Can this phone do that? Can it browse the web like going on you tube and facebook?

It looks nice but it is a realy bad phone...very poor battery...very poor respond on commands...It is obviously that it only looks good. And that is the only nice thing that I can say about it...

This phone might be my last LG phone bcause LG seems to have very bad attitude towards customers. My phone has some problems bcause F/W version is too old.
There seems to be lot newer F/Ws out there but LG does not share them on their website. Their F/W updating tool is useless bcause it doesnt provide updates for this phone model.
And seems that their helpdesk has no even idea about this phone model, first they asked me to update it by using the stupid tool on their website! Then i got response that there is no updates for this phone model.
So funny, however some ppl tells that their F/W version is lot newer than ive got...and there is no updates available... yeah.
Next phone maybe Samsung... maybe.

It doesn't recognise any of the data on my micro SD (which I had no problems with my previous LG phone) AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG??

I got this phone in november 2008 i think, maybe october.
it work's just the same as then.
I had only 2 minor problems with it:
1. the touch sensitive keys don't really work properly when it rains (don't know if this is common for touch tech.)
2. When i try to put some song into it it fails for no reason, but that happens just for some traks...like 5-10 of 100.
Otherwise...a good phone, no big scratches yet..and i'm not careful with it at all...dropt it a few times..still works just as good.
so...lg secret design 10/10, features 7/10, performance 9/10 :)

Proud owner of this phone, enjoy taking pix and video of my family. Never regret but was sometime annoyed with the sensitive touch screen.

I dont know where all these negative comments are coming from about this phone. I have owned it for a year now, and have encountered no issues whatsoever. The 5MP snapper is sweet, and the video performance is excellent. Battery is a bit short (lasts me 3-4 days), but i guess thats the sacrifice you must make to have a slim phone. It is without doubt the best phone i have ever owned, and has the best looks.It incorporates style and substance. Trust me, i wasn't going to buy this phone from all the negative comments posted, but buying it was a decision i wont regret. An excellent phone for those who temporarily call and mainly text.

this phone is horrible the battery life barely even last a day my neon touch buttons does not work what so ever any more and the touch screen does not eatheir do not i repeat do not buy this phone and the looks of the phone get boreing after a weak

I can record 1,5 hour video with full battery, i think it is quite good performance from the battery.
