friend it is the problem of your phone software just go to the service center and renew your firmware,it is a fabulous phone but lack theme...............

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.it has got a lot of bugs, the phone gets switched off every now and then. go in for sony ericsson W200i its cheaper & has got more features.
