with answering the phone, its all flips i think, u can set it to answer when u open, or press a button. u can set it to watever u want.

regarding the battery, because it uses a lot, i turn mine off in the night. that, way, the battery life will last WAY longer. otherwise, yeh the battery wont last very long.

i have this phone and think that its a great phone. unless, someone has just like owned a really expensive phone and has switched to this one. otherwise, if u want a simple yet very 'worth the money' phone, then i recommend this one.

Just a question, i want to buy this phone but can you answer the phone by just opening it or must you press a button?

how's the battery life? is it good coz i have a friend who have an lg phone and he said the battery sucks!

got my kg220 free for my sun cellular postpaid subscription (plan350).. it's all good to serve as spare phone, kinda call n txt stuff to be brought around with.. it's good, sure, design is satisfactory, sounds okay, but not to be yer primary phone i guess..

Im surprised you don't know E-Bay. If you have a computer, go at E-Bay.com, create an account, then go to PayPal and create an account, and then you can search for any kind of item you want and buy it and have it sent at your house with a little more money (2 euros maximum, sometimes more, it depends on where the items is located when you buy it). The website is extremely reliable, I have bought 42 items from it, including:

Fender Stratocaster guitar (bought for 400 while it is worth 1,500 Euros)
Gibson LesPaul (bought for 1,400 while it is worth 3,600 Euros)

to april, ask ez phone, i think that's the store's name, at megamall 4th floor. they're the authorized lg phone distributor in the philippines, i think, so they may have the cable you need. and they are selling this phone at P4,990.00 cash or card same price. but last i checked, they run out of stock. i know this coz i was planning to buy one there on christmas day.

Be careful, i bought one for myself and one for my wife in august.My wifes broke down and had to be changed twice in 1st four weeks.She shop finally exchanged it for different brand.Mine is back with Orange to be repaired for the second time.
I would not buy again, sorry.

i am thinking about buying this phone on saturday but after reading several opinions, i am now thinking twice..
just got few questions before buying it and i hope somehow, anyone could help me..
1.) i am from the philippines. does anyone knows where i could buy a usb cable for this phone? (phone-pc to transfer pictures) how much?
2.) what about the software? i read that other cable suits the phone. where could i find a software for this phone?
maybe after my questions have been answered, i'll really buy it on saturday
(just trying to avoid hassles like what i had with my nokia 6610i..i wasn't able to transfer on pc any pic from phone)

This looks cool but the voice recorder is really quiet and you cant set them as ringtone.
Get the sagem myc5 3 its the same price with vodafone and it has video.

Ok finally I bought it today & love it BTW...also found the software to transfer pics, photos & ringtones back & forth to the pc & mobile :P IF you want it go to the LG UK site & look for LG CONTENTS bank software That's what it is & it freaking works

I just downloaded a ringtone from Optus Zoo. Where do poly ringtones get stored?? I can't find it - It doesn't seem to be in any obvious spot like... DOWNLOADS folder???
